Journal Description :North American Journal of Medical Sciences is an international, peer-reviewed general medical journal regularly publishing 12 issues per year. The journals full text is available online at http://www.najms.org. The journal allows free access to its contents, and permits authors to self-archive final accepted version of the articles. A DOI name provides a means of persistently identifying a piece of intellectual property on a digital network and associating it with related current data in a structured extensible way, and is an implementation of the Internet concepts of Uniform Resource Name and Uniform Resource Identifier.
