Journal Description :The aim of Harvard Deusto Business Research is to publish articles of a theoretical or empirical nature that contribute to the corroboration, expansion or construction of theories that enable progress to be made towards the understanding of phenomena related to business management from any type of perspective: strategic management, human resources, sales management, etc. Harvard Deusto Business Research is open to publishing articles that, in the fields of sociology, psychology, economic sciences, and organization, contribute to the scientific development of business management. Harvard Deusto Business Research publishes articles that contribute to corroborating existing theories or establishing new theoretical approaches. The articles may adopt exploratory or confirmatory methodological perspectives or consist of theoretical works that contribute in a significant manner to the construction or expansion of new theories. Harvard Deusto Business Research selects its articles based on a double-blind peer review system, according to practices commonly accepted by the scientific community. Peer review process Harvard Deusto Business Research selects its articles through a peer review process, according to a double-blind method. Once the journal’s editorial team has verified that the article meets the style and content standards indicated in the guidelines for authors, the article will be sent to two anonymous reviewers of prestige in the field of study considered by the article. Based on the recommendations from the reviewers, the journal editor will notify the authors of the result of the evaluation by email, at the same address used to submit the article. The editor will provide the authors with the result of the review (rejected, accepted with modifications or accepted), as well as the notes and comments of the reviewers. If the article has been accepted with modifications, the authors must resubmit a new version of the article, which will be subjected to a new review by the same reviewers. Once the reviewers approve the article it will be published. If they wish, authors may also submit a letter to the editor, indicating the content of the modifications to the article. If the authors have decided not to follow the recommendations of the reviewers, they may justify their decision in this same letter. When the referees do not agree to publish, the scientific editor will send the article to a third referee. If two consider that the article is enough good to publish with or without corrections the article will be published after the referees' approval. If two consider that the article is not enough good to publish, the scientific editor will decide not to publish the article.
