| Journal Description : | The International Journal of Echinococcoses (IJE) is an international, scientific, open access periodical published upon independent, unbiased, and triple-blinded peer-review principles.
The International Journal of Echinococcoses is specifically dedicated to echinococcoses, the various diseases caused by the larval stages of Echinococcus spp. tapeworms, which result in public health challenges in many parts of the world. The neglected nature of these conditions, in addition to the socioeconomic impact due to infection in both humans and animals, highlight the need for high quality research on these parasites. The goal of this new journal is to publish multidisciplinary research focusing on all aspects of Echinococcus spp. infections and associated human and animal health outcomes.
The journal is the official publication of The Turkish Association of Hydatidology and it is published 3 times a year, in January, May, September. The publication language of the journal is English.
