Abstract :Adoption is considered the most appropriate form of substitute care. This article focuses on the adoption institution, refers to the adaptation of the adoption process and adoption. In the adoption process, there is a conflict between the rights of the parties to the rotation process, which will also be referred to in the article. The person in the proceedings is also a child, who in these cases has a very specific position, which will prove in the article. |

Abstract :The contribution deals with the national system for the protection of fundamental human rights and freedoms from the point of view of the General Courts of the SR as well as the Constitutional Court of the Slovak Republic. The national protection of the Slovak judiciary is elaborated in relation to criminal and civilian matters, including the area of administrative justice. Due attention is paid, in particular, to the means of protection and the way in which the said protection is sought in the event of unjustified interference with fundamental rights and freedoms. |
