The Moroccan Sahara: opening-up and sustainable development. The enclosing of the Moroccan Sahara results from the inversion and old situation. Indeed, during a very long time, the area was a way of passage, a platform in the south of Morocco. In testify the Tran-Saharan commercial routes, which were the main transportation routes back in time, like the goal of integration of the area in the country and compared to western Africa. It is with the economic crisis, and even a political crisis causing a fold on itself of this area until 1975.Since Sahara belongs to Morocco, it still profits a considerable public effort to carry out its opening-up and its economic insertion within the country. Massive investments carried out by the State give to the area the structuring which it missed. Which are the aspects of the Sahara development? Which role played the State in this development? The intervention of the State contributes to bring effective solutions to the problem of the opening-up of this surrounding space?

La dimensión social y espacial de la comunidad urbana: estudio de caso la comunidad desde centro de Bucarest. En este estudio se propone para abordar la dimensión social y espacio comunitario urbano en el centro de Bucarest, los cambios dinámicos y tendencias de importancia del espacio y la comprensión clara de la conducta socio-espacial, la identidad y la percepción influye en su sitio a nivel cognitivo y en el espacio. Después de que evaluamos el sitio e identificar el centro de ciudad hicimos una incursión en la morfología de la comunidad. También, mediante la división del espacio urbano, la dimensión de comportamiento o ámbito de vida y por los problemas específicos de centro logramos entender algunas de las características de la estructura social de los barrios.

Il mercato del lavoro: effetti di riorganizzazione economica nei municipi Ramnicu Sarat, Brasov si Campulung. I processi di ristrutturazione e privatizzazione hanno giocato un ruolo importante nella definizione di alcune caratteristiche del mercato del lavoro. L'evoluzione del mercato del lavoro dopo il 1990, riflette i cambiamenti nell'economia dopo il processo di ristrutturazione e privatizzazione, sentiti sul mercato attraverso: la scomparsa dei posti di lavoro, la diminuzione del numero della popolazione occupata, significativa crescita della disoccupazione. L’analisi del mercato del lavoro ci mostra una serie di indicatori nel valutare il grado di coinvolgimento della popolazione o dei vari gruppi, nell'attivita’ produttiva o non produttiva. La forza di lavoro, sia dal punto di vista quantitativo che qualitativo dipende dallo sviluppo economico e l'evoluzione della popolazione totale.

Dynamics of the Romanian population health indicators in the european context. This article aims to analyze the evolution of the most important health indicators to highlight the situation of the Romanian population in terms of health. Romanian population's health will be analyzed and a European comparative perspective, emphasizing Romania's position in relation to other European countries. Will be used as indicators: life expectancy, general mortality, infant mortality and the number of cases of illness. Progress will be monitored the health of the population of Romania between 1990-2008, using statistical data and data from various national and European research. Article is based on the use of multiple data sources: Diagnosis Quality of Life 1990-2006, NSI, Eurostat.

Análisis de los déficit de precipitación y su impacto sobre la vegetación de Oltenia Illano usando imágenes de satélite durante el período 2000-2009. Este investigación pretende evaluar el déficit de precipitaciones en temporada de verano y su impacto sobre la vegetación. Disminución de las precipitaciones en comparación con el valor medio representa el primer firme que precede el sequía. El análisis de los resultados de el Índice de Precipitación Estandarizado calculado por tres meses (SPI-3) y el mes (SPI-1), reveló que durante 2000-2009 en la Oltenia Illano tuvimos 5-6 años deficientes de precipitation de los cuales 2 años fueron calificados como los años secos y muy secos. Este déficit se observa en el análisis de satélite productos, NDVI y LAI obtenido por procesamiento de imágenes Spot-Vegetation y MODIS en la tercera década de cada mes de verano. Las imágenes de satélite revelan las diferencias temporales y espaciales de esta parametro meteorologico y el impacto que tiene en la vegetación de la llanura de Oltenia.

The collapse of communism has had an enormous influence on the development of Central and Eastern European states. Although, the transition period in these countries was accompanied by several distinctive features, all these states had a general orientation to the west. This was the case in Romania too, which saw transition to democracy as a “return to Europe”, and specifically accession to the European Union. The author strongly believes that the leitmotif of democratic transformations in Romania is its orientation and accession to the European Union, which is why the author will investigate its impact on constitutional reforms in the country. However, it is beyond the framework of this article to cover all areas of social, political and economic life of Romania, where there have been significant changes as a result of the EU’s influence, so I have focused only on minority rights, as this issue is very important for maintaining stability and democracy in the region.
