Abstract :raining is a process through which a new or update knowledge is imparted to the worker of an organization and obliviously it plays a vital role in determining the success of an organization. “Training is a learning process which seeks a relatively permanent change in behavior that occurs as a result of experience”. Training the employee does have a significant role in modern business era. Not just to equip them with latest tools of the company has implemented, there is a lot more to it. In this article I have tried my level best to study about the Effectiveness of Training Provided at Meenakshi Mission Hospital and Research Centre, Madurai, through which I would like to emphasis about the various aspects of training with special reference to service industry.

Abstract :Telecom towers are referred to as cell sites or cell towers that are built for providing services within a specified region. Telecom towers exhibit different cellular ranges, which primarily depends on the size, frequency and power ratings of the transmitter, and on overlap offered by other towers in the region. Indian telecom market has evolved with an unmatchable speed over last decade. Subscriber growth in the last 5 years averaged more than 50%. At the same time, competition in the sector has gone through the roof. New players like Uninor, Sistema Shyam, S-Tel etc who entered market in 2008, rolled out their services aggressively in the last 2-3 years. This led to a heavy capacity addition in the tower space on expectations of 2G roll-out from new players and 3G and BWA expansion in urban areas.

Abstract :The Textile industry in India traditionally, after agriculture, is the only industry that has generated huge employment for both skilled and unskilled labor in textiles. The textile industry continues to be the second largest employment generating sector in India. It offers direct employment to over 35 million in the country. Besides, another 54.85 million people are engaged in its allied activities. In 2010, there were 2,500 textile weaving factories and 4,135 textile finishing factories in all of India. In the year 2014-15, the powerloom sector occupies first place of the cloth production in India accounting 58.79 per cent, followed by hosiery (26.23%), handloom (11.08%) and mill sector accounts 3.91 per cent. According to the Textiles Ministry, the FDI inflow in the sector so far stood at $11.70 million during 2014-15.The FDI inflows to textile sector were worth $ 0.09 billion in the year 2000-2001 these inflows were increased to $ 8.05 billion in the year 2011-12.The Indian export earnings was noted 15484 crore in 1992-93 these earnings were increased 159570 crore during 2011-12.

Abstract :Service quality is crucial factor for customer satisfaction. Customer satisfaction is effected by service quality dimensions. In order to make the customers satisfy every company strives to enhance its quality of services. This research finds out the service quality dimensions and its Impact on customer satisfaction in the telecommunication sector Tamil Nadu. A sample of 300 respondents was employed. Research objectives and questions were developed, along with the hypotheses that were further tested and analyzed. Descriptive statistics encompass the simple percentage and means that are used for presenting data and analysis in tabular form. Regression analysis, Pearson correlation coefficient and ANOVA are run to test hypotheses.

Abstract :In current scenario e-banking needs to shift from product centric to customer centric. In India e banking services must be designed as per the requirements and expectations of the customers. The present paper aims to identify the problem faced in various online banking operations. This will give a positive direction to design the effective policy for e banking services in future. This paper has been divided into four sections dealing with four aspects of E-banking as ATM, Internet banking, Mobile banking and Credit cards. The purpose of this paper is to determine the level of customer’s satisfaction toward the e-banking services. A total of number of customer taken for the study is 200 of PSU and PSIB banks of jaipur. Statistical analysis technique is used to study the significant relationship between the gender and customer satisfaction with e-banking services. |
