This paper presents the hotel and catering industry, with a focus on anthropogenic tourist values northeastern Montenegro, based on examples municipalities from Berane, Andrijevica and Plav. Tourist traffic shows the number of visitors and overnight stays and confirms the imbalance between tourism values ? ? and actual economic effects. The average stay of tourists in observed area amounts 3.10 days. Length of stay of tourists is relatively short and has character business stay or visitors in transit. Of the total number of overnight stays in 2003 were realized 10.034. These data clearly show that the low tourist visits could not operate with higher profit, because the organization and maintenance of tourism of facilities is very expensive. An important cultural and historical heritage of this part of north-eastern of Montenegro has not yet adequate valorized. With the viewpoint of tourism is particularly important that the cultural heritage is largely spatially congruent with the main recreational and tourist areas and picnic areas and can be valorized, plan and represent a very respectable factor for the development of tourism. Among anthropogenic tourist potentials are the following: the monumental heritage ethnographic characteristics and cultural-artistic events. Today, with a relatively high degree of certainty can talk about the three dominant elements of the development of tourism northeastern Montenegro, for example, the municipality Berane, And rijevica and Plav must consciously and with great care to incorporate into its own tourist industry. These are: ecology, culture and health. All three elements require turnaround in behavior, because otherwise will not be able to survive in the global tourism trends.

The banking industry in India has undergone a radical change in the last two decades. Now the banking has become too open and competitive. Survival of the fittest is the order of the day. Customer service has become quite important in the present day situation as competition is increasing among the banks. Every one is trying to woo the same customer. Retaining the existing customers and attracting new ones has become very difficult for Indian banks. This can easily be overcome by effective human resource management policies and practices. Hence, the study aims to analyze the impact of human resource management practices and job satisfaction in Indian banking sector in the study area. The result of the study reveals that there is a positive relationship between HRM practices and job satisfaction of the employees in public and private sector banks.

Continuation of Energy Subsidy Plan has caused the economic system resources to be distributed through energy carriers. Distribution of sources through implementing energy carrier subsidizing policy was followed by deviation of prices of energy carriers from the marginal cost. Consequence of this policy is reduction of energy productivity. Energy subsidizing has caused the proportion of the price of energy carriers to the price of the other production factor not to be in proportion to the facilities and constraints of Iranian economic system and manufacturers and consumers are provided with incorrect information on energy carriers. The consequence of providing them with incorrect information is that the production technology is propagated with low efficiency and manufacturing efficiency stands at a low level due to employing inefficient technology. Therefore, deficiency of manufacturing management is one of the expenditures of energy subsidizing. Since subsidies removal plan only consider price. It is unable to achieve all its goals, as non-price factors and price factor can play a crucial role. Therefore, non-price factors should also be considered in policymaking to decrease the consequences caused by inflation due to removing diesel energy subsidy if possible. Although price adjustment of energy carriers is considered as an inevitable and essential issue in the country, it is necessary to provide necessary conditions to move toward optimal consumption of these carriers before implementing price policies on energy carriers. These paper discuses the employee perception towards the human resource practices and its effect on performance of employees working in public sector banks in Tirunelveli district. Since banking is a service oriented industry employees productivity directly linked with the practices followed and their service towards customers. The outcome of the study gives a result that there is no direct connectivity or linkage between the human resource practices and the financial performance of banks, but there were lot more connectivity linkage between the employee perception on HR practices and individual productivity and performance.

But this rural entrepreneurs are suffering from various problems like fear of risk, lack of finance, illiteracy, and competition from the urban entrepreneurs. Rural entrepreneurs increase the standard of living and purchasing power of the people by offering employment opportunity to the people in the villages. This paper studies the rural entrepreneurs and problems faced by them and possible recommendations to overcome the problems.

The paper aims to increase the understanding of venture capital industry in Ghana by examining the role of venture capital financing in aiding small and medium scale enterprises (SMEs) in Ghana. Using the conventional questionnaires administration and interviews, analysis of data collected from the Venture Capital Trust Fund (VCTF) and SMEs supported by venture capitalist (VCs) revealed that venture capital companies contributes in the area of fresh funds (23.8 %), adding value by providing the beneficiaries with skills/training (33.3 %), access to business opportunities (26.2 %) and advisory services (16.7 %). The findings also show that venture capital financing has a positive and statistically significant impact on job creation (33.3 %), revenue for VC and SMEs (33.3 %), business growth (16.7 %) and expansion (16.7 %) in a manner consistent with economic expectation.
