Abstract : ADR system is not a new issue for the people of this country; it has been prevalent in India since Ancient period. Ancient system of dispute resolution made a significant role, in solving resolution of disputes like, family disputes, social groups and also minor disputes relating to trade and property. Village level Panchayats played the important role, where the dispute were resolved by senior citizens, comprising council of village (popularly called Gram Panchayat or Gram Sabha), which was informal way of mediation. |

Abstract : Environmental Education is a process of recognized values and clarifications in order to develop skills and added tools to understand and participate, appreciate the inter-relationship among man, his culture and bio-physical surroundings. It creates an overall perspective, which acknowledge the fact that natural environment and manmade environment are inter-dependent. It should consider the environment in its totality and should be a continuous lifelong process eginning at the pre-school level and continuing through all stages. It should be inter-disciplinary and examine major environmental issues from local, national and international point of view. It should utilize various educational approaches to teach and learn about and from the environment with stress on practical activities and firsthand experience. It is through this process of education that people in the society to be aware towards protection of environment and make them skilled to solve environmental problem so as to enable them to participate in the activities undertaken for the protection of environment. Environmental attitude is learned predisposition to respond towards a consistently given object negative or positive. Environmental behavior determines those actions which contribute towards environmental preservation and conservation is more eco-friendly awareness . The present study was conducted on the students of classes IX and X of a private co-educational school Narsingarh. In this study 100 students participated (50 boys and 50 girls). The was questionnaire used to collect the data from students about the environmental awareness and degree of awareness among students .Percentage calculation was used to find the performance of the students. Coefficient of correlation “r” was used to find out the relation hip between achievement in environmental education and environmental awareness ability. The result of the study indicated that the students are not performing well to solve the problems of population explosion, exhaustion of natural resources and pollution of environment. As a result students are not having enough awareness and skills for identifying and solving problems . No significant positive relationship was found between achievement in environmental education and environmental awareness ability. Some recommendations were made on the basis of the study. . |

Abstract : In demography we study growth of population, its distribution and characteristics, its religious and linguistic composition, sex ratio, age composition migration, standard of living, its economic structure etc. we also study adaption of various human groups to their respective environments in different parts of the world. Various aspects of population have been studied since long. The aim of present paper is study of sex ratio in Osmanabad district of Maharashtra. The present research paper is based on secondary sources of data. The secondary data obtained from District census handbook, District Gazetteers, District statistical department, Socio-economic review and district statistical abstract etc. Collected data is processed and presented in the forms of tabular and graphical methods. According to revised figures of 2011 census, the total population of Osmanabad district was 1660311. Out of total population 864674 are males and 795637 are females. Thus, the sex ratio for Osmanabad district population is 920 (Census 2011). |

Abstract : The study of woman population is very important from socio economic point of view. The growth of women population is composite result of three basic factors namely women fertility, mortality and mobility which cause natural positive or negative change in women population. The growths rates of total and female population in the study region are the manifestation in the study region are the manifestation of special dimensions of socio-economic conditions. The present study is based on secondary source of data collected from district census hand book solapur. Census of India 2001 and other various sources related to this research work from the present study in the study region has 21per cent of growth rate of female population in 1961-1971 decade During 1991-2001 the growth rate of female population was 19.18 per-cents. |

Abstract : This paper provides an overview of the findings and implications of recent research that is relevant in considering the prospective benefits and thus, the value, of Physical Education. We acknowledge physical activity and sport as central to Physical Education and therefore also discusses research examining physical activity and sport in schools Physical Education is emphasised as being 'an educational endeavour and experience', focusing on the provision of learning experiences that potentially have a key role to play in providing young people with skills, knowledge, understanding, values and attitudes that are fundamental to their health and lifestyles. The paper draws attention on the benefits of physical education in relation to young people's:. physical development and well-being;. social and emotional development and well-being; and their. cognitive/academic development and achievement. 'Potentially' remains a crucial proviso, however, in addressing the benefits of Physical Education. The prospective and previously claimed benefits of Physical Education are many and varied, and this is reflected in the sections that follow. |
