Abstract : The famous and world –wide works of William Golding are – Lord of Files (1954), The Inheritors (1955), Pincher Martin (1956), Free Fall (1959), The Spire (1964), The Pyramid (1967), Darkness Visible (1979), Rites of Passage (1980), The Paper Men (1984), Close Quarters (1987), Fire Down Below (1980) and The Double Tongue (1995). Many novels written in the English language , function on more than one level combining a story with moral, religions or social messages. Such novels as these are called fables or allegories. The aim of these narratives is moral guidance and correction. One such novel is Lord of Files, the first novel written by William Golding. |

This paper also examine the policy environment, arguing that government policy is better focused, on removing labor market distortions and infrastructure constraints, rather than providing output or export of software industry. |

Abstract : Paper is an attempt to discover factors involved in parent teacher communication as perceived by both parents and teachers. The objective has been achieved by using neutral types of items which could be possibly enabling or disabling factors were responded to by teachers and parents and put to cluster analysis. Cluster analysis revealed factors generated from sample items. Analysis revealed neutral factors:Parent’s ego, Parents’ age and Child’s sociabilitywhich could be enabling as well as disabling factors for both parents and teachers depending. There is only one factor i.e. ‘Parents’sociability’endorsed both by parents as well as teachers as enabling factor. As far as disabling factors are concerned parents and teachers differ entirely. |

Abstract : One challenging task in this area is the automatic recognition of musical style, having a number of applications like indexing and selecting musical databases. From melodies symbolicallyrepresented as digital scores (standard musical instrument digitalinterface ?les), a number of melodic, harmonic, and rhythmic statistical descriptors are computed and their classi?cation capabilityassessed in order to build effective description models. Aframework for experimenting in this problem is presented, covering thefeature extraction, feature selection, and classi?cation stages, insuch a way that new features and new musical styles can be easily incorporated and tested. |

Abstract : The present study is concerned with the stress management and Emotional intelligence of 378 students studying B Ed in Mandya district. A two point’s scale to asses Stress management and five points scale to asses’ Emotional intelligence was used. The results revealed that 8.20% of B Ed students showed high level of stress management. And 25.66% of B Ed students showed high level of emotional intelligence. There is negligible negative correlation between Stress management and Emotional intelligence of B.Ed students. |

Abstract : Jam in the Jossore road, found no possibility to move forward or backward. My maternal uncle’s house is at Bongaon i get off hurriedly and focused a series at five trucks, stopped on the road. The trucks are covered with triple and are tied with the ropes tightly. Probably it was something to be exported. But all of a sudden i was astonished to hear the meaning. I was more surprised to see the fingers peeping through the little hole of the side wall, of the truck. I was surprised most to see the cars of the security infornt and behind of five trucks. They were angry when i asked about the loaded trucks and they were no interested to say anything about that. |
