This study aims to identify the role of e-Learning in the development of intellectual capital (defined by human capital, structural capital and client capital). The processing and analysis of data collected by questionnaire on 30 economic enterprises in the region of Sétif was based on the SPSS system. Among the results of this research is a positive role of e-learning in the development of intellectual capital, and made recommendations to officials of the institutions under consideration.

This study aims at identifying the contemporary Islamic educational contents promoted by Sharia’a faculty members from the students’ perspective. It also aims at examining the effectiveness of some independent variables on the students’ responses. For these purposes, the researcher developed a questionnaire contains (53) items where each item represents an educational content. After checking its validity and reliability, the questionnaire was administered to a sample of male students who belong to the Faculty of Sharia’a at King Khalid University during the second semester of the academic year 2015/2016. The findings of this study revealed that the Sharia’a faculty members are keen to introduce and promote these contents to their students. The findings also showed statistical significant differences between the students of Sharia’a and the students of Usuluddin in favor to Sharia’a students. There were statistical significant differences according to cumulative average in favor to students with high cumulative average. Statistical significant differences were found according to the relationship with the faculty member in favor to students who have strong relationship with faculty members. However, there were no statistical significant differences between students’ responses due to their use of internet and desire to study their major.

The paper seeks to discuss the contribution of ICT-based participatory tools in e-participation. It is assumed that the provision of information and the facilitation of procedures enhance the capacity and effectiveness of citizens to participate in the managing of public affairs. The paper includes an explanation of the concept of e-participation, which comprises various relationships between influencing factors in policy making. It includes also tools and areas of e-participation, as well as the impact of the social context in stimulating or obstructing the efforts of e-participation in the managing of public affairs.The study concludes that ee-participation is an extension of the efforts to involve citizens in political life by providing easier means, based on an appropriate flow of information between the various actors in the context of public policy

“Mirror of Algeria” for his writer “Ali Riza Pasha” is considered one of the most important references in the Algerian history during the rule of the Ottoman Empire. The aim of this paper is to present a sociolinguistic approach to study the daily discourse; so we are going to identify the basic concepts in the study, which are discourse analysis, critical analysis of discourse and daily life discourse. Then we show the suitable theoretical approaches for the analysis of the daily life discourse which are the ethnomatological theory; its founder H. Garfinkel, and the Ethnography Of Speaking of Dell aymes and the interpretation of everyday life of C. Schrag. So we present how to collect and choose Curpus, and give method to write and organize them to serve the purpose of research.

This article approaches instances of fairy tale elements that are blended with fictional elements in Charlotte Brontë’s novel entitled Jane Eyre and in Assia Djebar’s Femmes d’Alger Dans Leur Appartment, more specifically the short story entitled La Nuit du Récit de Fatima. The reference to the same fairy tale Cinderella questions the reasons and the purposes for which both writers have used such a traditional story. What did the writers have in mind when writing their works? It is pertinent to remind readers and literary critics that this analysis concerns two different countries and two distinct epochs in a parallel use of shared instances from the same fairy tale.

This article revolves around a basic idea that human sciences suffer from an epistemological crisis, which has led to a state of cognitive alienation. The mentioned state is confirmed by the French philosopher Roger Garaudy, whose insights have been used in approaching this subject. Garaudy sees that the positivistic philosophy is responsible of the crisis. This philosophy formed the cognitive outlook that framed the human sciences, where positivistic thought was mixed up with scientific thought. In light of that, human sciences followed the footsteps of natural sciences, where the human has been reduced to the material dimension, and put under the implementation of the same methods applied in the natural sciences. Therefore, the human has been emptied of its human dimensions, and here lies the crisis.

The objective of the curricula reformation is to equip the teachers with professional practices and preparing them to train learners through an educational program to use important learning skills as to facilitate their educational and social integration. These practices will be based on a good perception of the theoretical referential of thoughts including constructivism, socioconstructivism, as well as the set of learning strategies and the adequate education which are founded on learners active involvement into learning and activities, mainly training learners to use problem-solving, project-based learning, discovery learning, cooperative learning, etc. In addition, the recommendation of integrating the previously mentioned learning activities into the curricula counting on the enclosed relevant documents as to ensure the efficiency of the educational training attributed to the teachers.

The study aimed to identify the relationship between the degrees of cognitive representation models of information and the degrees of learning and recall skills of the students of the Faculty of Social Sciences at Bordj Bou Arreridj University. It intended to find out if there were differences between the students of the Faculty of Social Sciences at the University of Bordj Bou Arreridj in the models of cognitive representation of information, learning skills, and the university, which was conducted on a random sample size (149 students). The researcher reached the following results, After analyzing the data: there is a correlation between the degrees of cognitive representation models of information and the degrees of learning skills and memorization among students, there were no differences in the models of cognitive representation of information, learning skills and memorization among students of the Faculty by sex variable and university level.

For this purpose, several international and regional agencies and apparatuses have emerged to solve the refugees’ problems, whether in the League of Nations or the United Nations era, through providing the refugees with the necessary international protection and humanitarian assistance.

The study aimed to predict the appropriate study guidance for middle school students of the fourth-year grade according to their sources of self-efficacy, so that a ladder was prepared to measure the self-efficacy, where it was built on the sources of self-efficacy identified by "Bandura". Moreover, it was relied on a statistical method, which is the bilateral logistic regression that is for processing data from the study sample of 549of middle school fourth-year grade students who were randomly selected from the middle schools of Setif City. The study found that the sources of self-efficacy are considered good in terms of the appropriate study guidance for the middle school students of the fourth-year grade, so that these sources are arranged according to their predictive ability in the following form: (verbal persuasion, physiological state, performance achievements, alternative experiences).
