The article highlights the feasibility of using the method of projects in history lessons in secondary schools. It is proved that the method of projects as a teaching method corresponds to the main provisions of the education system: it forms critical and creative thinking as the priority directions of intellectual development of a person.

Today conditioned liabilities more often find their manifestation in judicial practice, which is rather various.

The article is devoted to the consideration of nine nationwide scientific conferences «People’s Movement of Ukraine: a Place in History and Politics» held on the basis of the Odessa National Polytechnic University from 1994 to 2016. The analysis of each conference is made, the number of participants and the relevance of the selected issues are highlighted.

The article describes the problems of legal regulation in connection with the implementation of public administration projects in Italy. It is substantiated that the main method of state participation in the regulation of such projects is legal coordination. In this sense, coordination acts as the main state legal technology.

The article deals with the issues of improving the quality education in higher educational institutions of Ukraine, in particular the training of specialists in the field of landscape architecture and design. The ways of activating the creative activity of students and the search for new ideas and the program of their choice are offered. The influence of independent practical work in conditions of acute competition in the market of services of landscape design is demonstrated, as well as a list of scientific and practical knowledge for training specialists in the field of landscape architecture and design. The current state of training of future specialists, carried out in higher educational establishments of Ukraine, is analyzed, the necessity of perfectly adapted to the problems of qualitative formation of specialists and training of the abovementioned professions is substantiated.

With the increasing rate of default of loans in the country, this study assessed the macroeconomic factors that influence loan performance of commercial banks in Ghana using HFC bank as a case study. The sample period used for the study was based on a quarterly data from 2008 to 2015. Using the ARDL bounds test of co-integration as an estimation technique, the results showed evidence of long run relationship among the variables. The results suggested that macroeconomic factors that influenced loan performance were inflation and T-bills. These therefore show that macroeconomic instabilities do have significant impact on loan performance. Hence, there is the need for policy makers to manage the economy well, embark on fiscal discipline and reduce government domestic borrowing to reduce Treasury bill rates in order to improve on loan performance.

The purpose of this study is to compare the economic performance of the 20 selected countries with their growth rates for the period 2014 - 2018. We include indicators of economic efficiency such as growth rates, GDP per capita, youth unemployment, inflation and balance of accounts. First, the PAI (Process of Analytical Hierarchy) is used to determine the weights for indicators. Then the distribution is carried out by means of the analysis of TOP SIS (Technique of the order of benefits on the resemblance to the ideal solution). The results show that Germany has the best performance. In addition, the average figures for the HDI (Human Development Index) for the period 2014 - 2018 are calculated. And to distribute countries to understand the impact of HDI on economic performance, we examined the relationship between these two findings with the Spearman rank correlation coefficient. It is clear that there is a positive correlation between HDI and economic indicators.

In article questions of formation of communicative competence as an important component of vocational training of specialists in system of the higher education of Ukraine are considered. The maintenance of the basic concepts “competence”, “professional competence”, “communicative competence” is analysed. Different approaches to definition of the main characteristic of communicative competence, its component structure are reflected. Communicative competence is considered as ability to establish and support necessary contacts with people. Include a certain set of knowledge, skills which provide effective implementation of communicative process in structure of communicative competence. Communicative competence is not only existence of knowledge, skills, but also readiness, their adequate and effective use in direct professional activity. Communicative competence has standard character, includes norms and rules of communicative behavior in society, is the personal characteristic of future expert in which also the student’s orientation on performance of future professional tasks and its relation to the chosen profession, to itself and like interaction with other people is displayed. It is defined that process of formation of communicative competence of students of a higher educational institution needs to be carried out on the basis of integration all-professional and special subjects, with use of interactive technologies and introductions of a special course of the corresponding contents.

Since early 1990s different political forces have applied to Parlimet of Ukraine, Cabinet of Minsters and the President of Ukraine in order to make them recognize or condenm their activity. There were call to remove from educational process at schools and universities textbooks, reflecting their activity in a way, which would contradict the concerned party’s point of view. According to the Act of Ukraine on the status of war veterans and guarantees of their social protection of 22 October 1993, the militants of Ukrainian Insurgent Army, who participated in hostilities against Hitler’s invaders on temporarily occupied territories of Ukraine during 1941-1944, as the participants of hostilities. However, Ukrainan Insurgent Army veterans and The Congress of Ukrainian nationalists, which is a legal successor to the historical Ukrainan Insurgent Army (A. Melnyk’s fraction) raise the question of legal recognition as a military force during Second World War. In order to address the issue in October 1996 Parliment of Ukraine created a comission for assistance in learning questions related to examination of activity of Ukrainan Insurgent Army. In September 1997 Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine upon instruction from The President of Ukraine issued an order creating a governmental comission for learning activity of Ukrainan Insurgent Army.

The article presents modern approaches in teaching the elective cycle to the students of the international faculty. The use of computer technologies, modeling of clinical situation, more detailed communication with students allows the students of the international faculty to get the necessary knowledge on the main directions of physiotherapy. Taking into account the acquaintance with modern methods of hardware physiotherapy, the opportunity to take an active part in the analysis of the clinical situation, in the future students can use this information to work in their countries.

The relevance of this paper is due to the need to develop a theoretical basis for e-learning - electronic didactics that meets the modern conceptual understanding of the role of digital technologies in the educational process, as well as the need to analyze the characteristic conditions for the formation and functioning of the components of the didactic e-learning system. The didactic e-learning system is based on the use of innovative educational technologies that are adequate to the goals and conditions of the pedagogical process. These technologies integrate different methods, tools and forms of learning which give to the educational a qualitatively new level. The specificity of structural elements of e-learning didactic system, in particular, participants’ activities in electronic learning environment are drawn out. The didactic potential of the methods and tools, applied in pedagogical practice in the different formats of e-learning, is investigated.

The article deals with the problem of forming the political image of Ukraine as the main activity of Ukrainian diplomatic services abroad. The factors, functions, and mechanisms for creating a positive image of Ukraine in the international arena are analyzed. Possible solutions to this problem are noted.

The article presents general characteristic of globalization processes, which contributed to the emergence of new threats for humanity and the biosphere. The basic criteria of the global issues has been described. Six basic types of global catastrophes have been considered and the impact on the functioning of society has been determined. The article analyzes the socio-political nature of the problems that had been widely disseminated in Ukraine and it has a catastrophic consequence for the further development of our state. The main methods of solving socio-political issues in Ukraine have been described. As a conclusion, the globalization process that influenced the emergence of socio-political issues in Ukraine has been drawn.

Microbiological technology of processing of litter in organic fertilizers using the bi-drug «Baikal-EM 1P» allows it to be processed in compressed terms. The process takes place using the «consortium of microorganisms», capable of transforming organic and inorganic compounds, which are difficult to utilize in a form accessible to plants. The conducted studies testify to the effectiveness of using a biological preparation for the disposal of bird droppings, which accelerates the decomposition of organic compounds, allows to disinfect the final product in a short time and eliminate a specific odor.

The purpose of the article was to substantiate the feasibility of using anti-erosion biomats of different structure from flaxseed oil in road construction in southern Ukraine and to determine the cost of one square meter of roads with the use of such materials. The possibility of quality improving of the road surface and state improving of the environment by using as a reinforcing layer of geomaterials made exclusively from products of processing of flaxseed oil are analyzed. The domestic normative base, which defines the basic requirements for the technique of asphalt covering application, is analyzed. The cost of materials of classical laying road surfaces technology with a new method is compared.

The article considers the continuous necessity of improving and expanding any language vocabulary and the actuality of clear and concise communication at an international level. Vocabulary is a skill based on all areas of communication. Extensive vocabulary, along with grammar, listening, speaking, reading, and writing, is an essential tool and one of the largest challenges in learning a second language. Thus, building vocabulary is one of the easiest ways to improve communication. In view of the great importance and constant need for learning new words in a foreign language, efficient vocabulary has been the subject of multiple research. The purpose of the article is to determine the key enhancement means of a foreign language vocabulary. The research findings suggest that by using the means outlined in this article, one should be well on his way to discovering and learning new words to expand his vocabulary and strengthen his use of a foreign language.

The research is related to the generalization of scientific information on the emergence and development of the concept of «intercultural communication», as well as its impact on the life of modernized society, reveals the essence and versatility of the concepts of «translation» and «translator» in the structure of the intercultural communicative act and analyzes the relationship and the influence of a translator on the finite result in the process of intercultural communication. It is proved that the competence of a translator is very important and necessary means of intercultural communication and plays an extraordinary role in maintaining direct communication between communicators belonging to completely different linguistic and cultural areas.

There is no doubt that in todays conditions one of the main factors of the existence of an individual in a society is its security. One of the key factors in this issue is crime prevention. For the complete and comprehensive prevention of crimes, their disclosure and investigation, information about the crime event and those involved in it is of great importance. In modern society, in the conditions of rapid development of technologies, introduction of a unified system of dactyloscopic registration of citizens is considered, which is the key to successful prevention, disclosure and further investigation of crimes.

The study of concepts within the text takes into account mostly syntagmatic connections of words, artistic concepts need to be explored, taking into account, in the first place, the implicit content of the work. Existential Concepts - Individual, Implicit and Complex in Its Structure; it is a certain complex of concepts, representations and feelings that arise on the basis of associations and aimed at the disclosure of the existential essence of human life. This article examines three main existential concepts of human mental life in the philosophical stories of G. Hesse - a concept of SELF-LIFE, DISTRIBUTION, and CONSCIENCE. The main stylistic reception of the representation of philosophical existential concepts and concepts of mental life is metaphor.

Such metals as nickel, cadmium and lead may influence human health even in low concentrations. Therefore their use in jewellery is considered to be dangerous. Nickel in the alloy can cause allergic contact dermatitis whereas cadmium and lead in children’s jewellery can influence the development of different organs and systems. For that reason the use of nickel, cadmium and lead in jewellery should be regulated by the government structures. A number of countries have already successfully implemented the regulations that restrict the use of these metals in jewellery. Hopefully, their experience will help to implement such regulations worldwide in order to provide the safety of consumers by avoiding the use of nickel, cadmium and lead in jewellery alloys.

Fixed assets are one of the most important part of conducting production. Shaping of material and technical assets and its use in any venture is accompanied by various economic risks. Malfunctions, idle times and failures in work of production fixed assets negatively affect rhythmical performance of production target, increase probability of production of the rejected production. The main goal of managers is the assessment, the analysis and further prophylaxis or minimization of the risks connected with use of fixed assets.

In our work wem ade a comparative analysis of the results of treatment 89 patients with gastrointestinal bleeding of erosive-ulcer genesis from the upper gastrointestinal tract. It was used endoscopic hemostasis in the treatment of all patients.

For the first time applied a coordination approach to the consideration of legal phenomena, thanks to which one can explore legal phenomenon from a new angle of view. The above mentioned gives opportunity in this case to improve the effectiveness of legal action.  Usually the coordination rules of law are not the subject of a separate study. Such a study performed by the author on the example of the legislation of the Ireland, using a wide range of legal material. The research allowed to develop recommendations for improving the effectiveness of law due to the streamlining of coordination norms. Made of demarcation rules on the coordination and norms of cooperation, collaboration and other forms of interaction.

The article describes a variety of computer programs for data recovery. The results of analysis of digital video recorder hard disk are given. The results are compared and each program has its advantages and disadvantages. As a result, methods have been identified for efficiently recovering video data.

The article examines the problem of the use of doping substances in sports, and the responsibility for their use. The problem of ways to overcome the doping problem in Ukraine is explored. The article deals with the peculiarities of translation of the culture-bound units on the basis of English and Ukrainian novels. A comparative analysis of the transmission of culture-bound units has been carried out. Moreover, the frequency of usage and lexical-semantic features of culture-bound units are analyzed.

The paper presents an analysis of the distribution of iodine deficiency in the diet of Ukrainian population. The expediency of use of iodocasein as a functional ingredient for the creation of a sour milk drink of health appointment has been substantiated. The optimum dosage of the enrichment agent and its influence on the physical and chemical properties of the sour milk drink are established. A method of producing a sour milk product intended to overcome iodine deficiency in the diet of the Ukrainian population has been developed.
