However, the largest growth of vegetative organs and the ability to vegetative reproduction in the first weeks of studies were recorded only at the acidity of a pH of 6, which makes it possible to consider this value to be optimal. This research should be useful for determining the ecological distribution of Salvia.

Studying of a set of subjects of the market and their relations which develop in the course of competitive struggle and defining intensity of a competition, is very important from the practical point of view a direction of marketing researches.

In an epoch of fierce competition and complex business relationships, conventional travel services are not enough. Recently, untraditional directions of tourism activity that try to satisfy the new needs of tourist clients with new tourist products begin to appear. One of such diversified destinations is the «Psy» -Tourism, which is a rather new direction, both in Ukraine and in the world, covering an increasing number of subjects and territories. Today there is a wide range of types of tourism depending on the goals and motivation of tourists (recreational, for the purpose of physical rehabilitation, cultural, the main task of which is the expansion of cultural outlook, sports, etc.). But the environmental conditions are also actively used to restore resources, change views and overcome stressful conditions. This factor causes the emergence and active spread in the psychological practice of a new type of tourism - psychological. Most travel agencies adhere to the definition of «Psy» -turism as a «special innovative type of tourism that complements traditional tourism products with professional psychological support and allows you to provide not only the physical restoration of the human body, but also the restoration and / or development of its psychological resources.» It is because of this differences psychological support for clients can be provided by specialists (consultants, coaches, representatives of different religious areas) who do not have medical education but have higher psychological education. But after analyzing all the options offered for clients for psychological tourism, it is important to note the rather significant deviations from the general, initial definitions and concepts. In this case, it is important to correctly explain to the client the differences between psychological and recreational tourism, in order to meet the needs by the right product. It is also advisable to support a new direction of tourism activity by the state, namely, on the part of the legislative and regulatory framework: to supplement the Law of Ukraine «Tourism» with such a kind of tourism as a psychological one.

This is a new approach to the maximum satisfaction of customer requests for global travel companies and general for the Ukrainian tourism market. Dynamic packing is a new technology for the formation and implementation of a tourist product through direct access to the resource systems of airlines, hotels and aggregators of tourist services and providing comprehensive access to the necessary information. The experience of the developed countries in terms of tourism shows that in the near future, dynamic packaging will become the technological basis for a new strategy for the development of the world tourism industry. Important new technology has to expand the geography of the domestic Ukrainian tourist product. It allows to bring to the consumer separate, small objects which were economically unprofitable and could not move on the market in the usual for tourists format. A fundamentally new technology model for organizing the Ukrainian tourism industry will provide benefits for all market participants: from consumers to providers of tourism services (airlines, hotels). A strategy for product transformation can become one of the ways to save the business of the tourism industry in an acute crisis, when the number of charter destinations will be reduced. to a minimum, and regular carriage will become a key component of tourist packages. The using of dynamic packaging is one of the most effective and correct technological strategies for the development of a modern tourist operator, which eliminates the risks of quotation for the accommodation and transportation of tourists, provide the consumer with a guarantee of the provision of services, expand the range of the proposed tourist product.

The article is dedicated to the characteristic of specific offsets and definitions of integrated reporting of the enterprise and presents the main principles of its construction. It is determined that one of the most important tasks of information coverage in an integrated report must be satisfaction of information needs of all the necessary existing and potential investors in assessing the state and prospects of the company’s development on the market. In the article the features of evidence in criminal proceedings are investigated. The attention is paid to the peculiarities of the concept of evidence, their properties and rules of admissibility and inadmissibility of evidence, the legal consequences of their violation. Particular attention was paid to the characterization of procedural sources of evidence.

The article deals with the problems of the use of artificial intelligence in legal proceedings on the example of different jurisdictions. In particular, the experience of the courts of the United States of America and the European Court of Human Rights is indicated. On the basis of author’s analysis of this experience, the author’s thesis describe trends in the use of artificial intelligence in courts in future. The article contains references to the works of foreign scholars and to foreign research in order to make the issue broader.

The subject of study in the articl?e are the risks arising from the implementation of the project of autonomous solar power plant (SPP) of low power. The aim is to study and analyze the risks arising in the design of sea, the choice of the optimal approach to reduce the likelihood of risks. Objectives: to analyze the possible risks in the design of low-power SPP, to evaluate each of them on an international scale, to check the risks that can be affected, to minimize the probability of each of them, to assess the profitability of the project of low-power SPP. As a method in this article we used an analytical method for determining the probability of risks. The following results were obtained: the implementation of the autonomous SPP project with a capacity of 13.5 kW on the territory of Ukraine is cost-effective. This is confirmed by the fact that the method of calculation for each of the regions of the country is universal. The analysis of the data obtained is confirmed by a number of calculations to assess each of the possible risks arising from the project: social, economic, technological and scientific-technical. The assessment takes into account the costs of each of the stages of design, installation and operation of an autonomous SPP. It is established that the total cost will be $11,000 and each of the stages of the project has a certain weight factor. It was also taken into account in risk management in the implementation of the autonomous sea project. Summary: he scientific novelty lies in the fact that the energy market of Ukraine is currently in crisis, and electricity consumers do not have enough data on the possible risks in the acquisition and operation of an autonomous low-power SPP. Due to the rapid increase in the cost of electricity, more and more users are switching to non-traditional energy, and the risk minimization model can become universal for high-power plants, which in the future will allow residents of Ukraine to reduce the cost of electricity.

Now, when Ukraine is rapidly introducing reforming the education system, the Ministry of Education and Science has not yet clearly defined the place of technical schools and colleges in the new education system of Ukraine: the question of the place of vocational education in higher education in this structure remains open and requires on their status and place in the educational system, and the issues of financing this kind of educational institutions. The article deals with the analyses of the novel “Stoner” written by America writer, John Edward Williams. The change of university model in the XX century, based on the main character John Stoner, was analyzed. The transition of the university, from elitism into mass was investigated. The comparison of traditional models of the university was made, and their modernization had been analyzed.

The article describes the methods of introducing innovative technologies into the educational process at the teaching “Descriptive geometry and engineering graphics” at the Department of General Engineering Training of the Kherson State Maritime Academy, namely, the computerization of training, which, on the one hand, involves the use of modern programs of computer graphics, and, on the other hand, the use of an information environment that not only supports the learning process, but also significantly affects all components of the modern educational system. Analysis of research in the field of methodology of teaching graphic disciplines and best practices in the application of computer technology in the learning process shows problems that may arise in the real conditions of the educational process, therefore the Department made a significant step towards finding possible ways to solve them. Thus, the teachers of the Department made adjustments to the content of the course “Descriptive geometry and engineering graphics” taking into account the current direction of design – geometric modeling, the development of an integrated course of Descriptive geometry, Engineering and computer graphics and unified methodological approaches to the use of computer technologies in the learning process, taking into account interdisciplinary connections with professional disciplines of the normative part of the training plan for the training of future seamen.

Experimental research work on implementation of competency approach in the system of training specialists of maritime industry at Kherson State Maritime Academy was started at 2014-2015 educational year. This step required significant modifications both in structure and content of department’s disciplines and in its teaching methodology and total change of teacher’s relationship to existing education system. The information environment plays an important role in modernizing of educational process, which aimed to provide full complex of disciplines’ materials to cadet. Modular object-oriented dynamic learning environment MOODLE fully meets the qualifications on organization of educational process within the framework of begun experiment. This software allows not only posting learning material, reliably fulfilling of communication between teachers and cadets, controlling of consolidate knowledge level, but also creating of author interactive materials, which promote to a better information assimilation that eventually provides to acquisition of essential competencies by cadet.

The main objectives of discipline Bases of Labour Protection in Maritime Transport are formulated on bases of the Code of Training, Certification and Watchkeeping for Seafarers. Methodology of course teaching was proposed on basis of “feedback” taking into account competency approach for seafarers training, which are competitive on the world labour market. The strategy of cadet motivation of maritime academy to study of bases of labour protection in maritime transport and further consolidate knowledge during shipboard practical training is developed.

The empirical base was the data of the project of the Institute of Sociology NAS of Ukraine “Ukrainian Society: Monitoring Social Changes” (n = 1800), which was held in September 2018, as well as information from the State Statistics Service of Ukraine.

The influence of the religious-confessional factor on ensuring public security in the Republic of Belarus is considered in the article. On the basis of a qualitative analysis of visual and textual data, the values represented in materials that are posted on the sites of Catholic parishes and religious organizations, as well as in groups on social networks, were it considered. In this study we define and analyze such values as religion, culture, missionary work, youth, education, pilgrimage, patriotism, creative work, charity, history, multiculturalism, physical and psychological health, family, children, keeping a group identity, traditions, sport, mass media, right to freedom of religion.

The dependence of the degree and frequency appearance of positive transgressive forms on domination degree in F1 hybrids was established. The higher the degree of dominance, the higher the frequency and degree of transgression was. It was established that the selection of transgressive forms can be effective in the second and third generation hybrids.

The modern practice, which specifies and reveals the objective side of pimping and attracts a person into prostitution, is researched.

An employer can hire a third-country medical professional for the medical profession after successfully recognizing the recognition process, as well as after obtaining a temporary residence permit for the purpose of employment.

The article analyzes the interpretations of Prometheus’s image in the tragedy of Aeschylus and the staging of José Besprosvany. It highlights the importance of the issue of existentialism in the context of tyranny by the authorities and an attempt to preserve its individuality. Also, the article emphasizes the importance of self-awareness and the search for the meaning of being on the example of the image of Prometheus in accordance with his ancient and postmodern interpretations.

It will help to learn a problem deeper, to consider other aspects in diagnostic of illnesses. Traditional is an analysis of illness in a scientific or clinical aspect. But it does not cost to forget a health about psychosocial aspects, due to it, doctors were able more success to arrive at the mutual understanding with people that appealed for help. Basic criterion of the stage : confession or denial of illness. Forming on the stages of attitude mentioned above toward illness is named somatognosis.

The usage statistics are presented and the articles in which the above-mentioned term is indicated are described. The directions of application of “use” of information in criminal proceedings are formulated.

The calque method, which occurs during the process of translating medical terms from English into Ukrainian, has been analyzed in the article. Functions of the method have been determined, examples of its usage in specific medical literature sources have been presented (dictionaries, online-sources).

The article deals with the issues of the qualification of such a crime, which is determined in article 209 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine, as legalization (laundering) of proceeds from crime. The concept of predicative act, methods of legalization of persons who can be subjects of this crime, as well as comparison with the legislation of foreign countries are explored.. It analyzes the current legislation of Ukraine concerning its compliance with international standards combating money laundering crime. The areas in which the investigated crime is most often committed were identified.

This article explores the issues of delimitation of fraud related offenses against property. The interpretation of the category “fraud” is given, its essence, main features are revealed. The position on the concept of fraud, as well as its types, is stated.
