The article analyzes the state of the problem of increasing the thermal efficiency of building buildings. The advantages and disadvantages of various methods for improving the heat-shielding characteristics of building envelopes through the use of modern effective materials and technologies are determined.

The above mentioned gives opportunity in this case to improve the effectiveness of legal action. Usually the coordination rules of law are not the subject of a separate study. Features of the use of UML modeling in the design and balancing of computer games. It is stated that UML modeling allows not only to visualize and optimize game scenarios, but also to balance them. The types of game balances are correlated with UML diagrams, examples are given. It is found that, unlike the classification, the end product of which is a rating table; and infographics, which are generally semantic links between objects, UML models have more functionality to display real and virtual reality objects through the use of graphical and structured verbal descriptions.

The article analyzes the structure, properties and biological action of essential phospholipids. The main sources of plant and animal phospholipids were noted. It has been shown that with regular consumption of these substances with foodstuffs it is possible to achieve a positive influence on the functioning of the human organism, to improve lipid metabolism. Phospholipids are able to improve the structural-mechanical properties and shelf life of foods due to their emulsifying, stabilizing and antioxidant properties. Promising directions for the use of these substances are the enrichment of bakery, confectionery, dairy and meat products, cottage cheese products etc.

The article analyzes the historiographic array on the issues of consolidating information and documentary data of enterprises and institutions. The article reflects the results of the latest search and analytical studies on the ecological and epidemic aspects of the epidemic manifestation of salmonellosis in the region. In addition to the actual material of the modern period (2014-2018), there are also significant volumes of the results of their comparative generalizations with similar data of the period 1988-1991, when the epidemic activity of salmonellosis reached a peak level. The task was to establish the ecological and etiological structure of Salmonellosis manifestations in the region. Its solution involves the opening of a number of issues pertaining to the field of various scientific disciplines - from genetic and population to epidemic. The latter are within the environmental essence of the task itself, enabling them to be addressed by appropriate methods based on environmental principles and laws.

The purpose of this work is to study the physical and chemical indicators of the quality of honey, which is presented in the retail networks of Zaporizhzhya. An organoleptic analysis of various varieties of honey is performed. According to the results of the analysis, all the samples tested meet the standards of DSTU. A physical and chemical analysis of honey from different producers was conducted. It has been established that none of the investigated honey samples contains mechanical impurities, gelatin, chalk, flour or starch. According to the acidity and mass fraction of water, all samples meet the requirements (acidity 0,7-1,3 cm3, mass fraction of water 15,599-16,399). It was found that all honey solutions have an acidic medium (pH 4,89-5,47). The diastase number of all samples is from 16,66 to 19,05, which meets the requirements

The internal and external constraints and pointers, that will be characteristic and appropriate for development and implementation a successful business strategy of commercial enterprise, are considered. This included available resources of such enterprise, tips and limits, defined by its environment. The basic elements of business strategy for enterprises of specified sphere of activity are highlighted. The article reveals the urgency of ensuring the competitiveness of an enterprise in conditions of uncertainty based on the formation and development of its economic potential while effectively implementing the entrepreneurial potential of the enterprise. The economic essence of the category “entrepreneurial potential” is revealed; the role and character of the influence of the entrepreneurial potential on the formation of the capacity of the structural elements of the competitive potential and, on the whole, the economic potential of the enterprise, is investigated. The terms of hard competition do actual the necessity of the optimal forming of potential of subjects of market activity and regular estimation of level of his realization. The level of achieving of enterprise can be executed with the use of rating estimation on the basis of graphic method «square of potential». The offered methodology allows to give a complex estimation to the structure, balanced, to reduce present backlogs, to work out reasonable administrative decisions in the aspect of his further development and perfection.

This article analyzes the current state of international and national legislation of some countries regarding the use of euthanasia, the practice of terminating the life of a person suffering from an incurable disease by a doctor. The article describes the meaning of the concept of “euthanasia”, describes the classification of euthanasia as “active”; and “passive”;. Also, international legal acts are analyzed, which in one way or another relate to the issue of euthanasia. Examples of national legislation in countries in which the practice of euthanasia is legalized are presented.

For almost three decades now, Ukraine has been building a democratic, social, rule of law and processes that are taking place in society, economic relations, external and internal relations, emerging and building on new foundations, must be governed by the state. All over the world, states with different forms of government carry out their functions and influence the formation of relations in society, with the nature of government and the measures that accompany it, testify to the nature of state power and its orientation, compliance with proclaimed democratic principles of development. The subject for discussion is the relation of the concepts of «civil servant», «official», «official». Generally speaking, an official is the broadest concept encompassing all others and refers to both employees of government and commercial entities. It is established that a civil servant is always an official, but not always an official, because an official can work in both state and local self-government bodies. The Constitution of Ukraine applies the established limits to «officials / officials of state bodies / bodies of local self-government».Based on the content of the concept of public service, we also examined about «public servants» - persons holding public political positions, judges, prosecutors, servicemen, alternative (non-military) employees, diplomats, other civil servants, officials of the authorities of the Autonomous Republic, municipality.It is established that civil servants are persons who are entrusted with the direct performance of the functions of the state in the respective territory, in a specific branch of public administration.
