Introduction; Short and very short, known as stunting, are nutritional status based on the height index for age. The purpose of knowing the relationship between exclusive breastfeeding and the incidence of stunting. Methodology; This study was conducted using analytic observations with a cross-sectional approach, the population in this study were all children under five in the working area of Puskesmas X, the number of samples used was 82. Results; showed that 18 children who were not stunting were given exclusive breastfeeding (52, 9%) Stunting of children under five who were given exclusive breastfeeding were 16 children (47.1%). As many as 12 children under five who were not stunting (25.0%) were not exclusively breastfed and as many as 36 children under stunting (75.0%) were not exclusively breastfed. Conclusion; There is a significant relationship between exclusive breastfeeding and the incidence of stunting in the working area of Puskesmas X Lampung Tengah

Introduction; malnutrition can make a person more susceptible to infection, and infection also contributes to malnutrition, leading to a vicious cycle. Aim; assessing the effect of giving Virgin Coconut Oil (VCO) on weight gain and the incidence of ARI in malnourished children under five. Method; This type of research is a quasi-experimental study with a randomized pretest-posttest control group design. This study used VCO and PMT in the treatment group and PMT alone in the control group. Result; There was no difference in changes in body weight gain between the treatment group and the control group with a value of P = 0.937, there was a difference in changes in the form of a decrease in the frequency and duration of ARI illness between the treatment group and the control group where the P-value was P = 0.018 and P = 0.010, respectively. Conclusion from the study is that VCO cannot help increase the weight of under-nutrition children, but it can help reduce the frequency and duration of ARI illness

Introduction; in normal pregnancy accompanied by increased metabolism and the high oxygen demand for tissue oxygen which can result in increased oxidative stress. The aim was to determine the effect of giving Fe and Moringa leaf meal on malondialdehyde levels in pregnant women. Method; pure experimental design with pre-test and post-test design with a control group. The results showed that there was an effect of Moringa leaf powder on levels of malondialdehyde after implementation with a p-value of 0.028. In the Fe group after implementation with a p-value of 0.492. There was no effect of iron administration on MDA levels. After implementation, the average reduction in malondialdehyde levels in the Moringa leaf meal group was 2.16 ± 2.21 nmol/ml, the Fe group was -0.42 ± -1.65nmol / ml. Conclusions; giving Moringa leaf flour can reduce levels of malondialdehyde in pregnant women

Introduction; Diabetes is still recorded as the cause of death worldwide with a prevalence that is always increasing significantly, which is indicated by (polyphagy), (polydipsia) (polyuria). Destination; know the relationship between lifestyle and the risk of diabetes mellitus. Method; quantitative research with a descriptive correlative design using a cross-sectional study approach. The sampling technique is propulsive sampling according to the criteria determined by the researcher. Result; There are 50 (55%) respondents who have a good lifestyle and 41 (45%) have a bad lifestyle. There are 53 (58%) respondents who are at risk for diabetes mellitus, 38 (42%) respondents are not at risk. Conclusion: there is a relationship between lifestyle and the Risk of Diabetes Mellitus.

Introduction; HIV is the main cause of the decline in the secondary immune system, which gradually leads to the AIDS stage. HIV and AIDS are pandemic, attacking millions of people in the world, men, women, and even children, so it is necessary to take steps to prevent HIV transmission. Aim; know the factors that influence the prevention of HIV transmission by PLWHA. Method; quantitative descriptive-analytic research with a cross-sectional design, with univariate, bivariate, and multivariate data analysis. Results; showed that the factors related to the prevention of HIV transmission by people living with HIV were a length of stay with HIV (p=0.000) and knowledge (p=0.000). In multiple logistic regression analysis, it was found that length of stay with HIV (p=0.007 95% CI: 0.014-0.517) and knowledge (p=0.014 95% CI: 1.343-14.451) were the most influencing factors to prevent HIV transmission. Conclusion; that the factors that most influence the prevention of HIV transmission by PLWHA are knowledge and duration of living with HIV.

Introduction; Medical records are files containing records and documents about patients that contain identity, examination, treatment, and other medical actions. Aim; determine the effect of motivation on the performance of medical record personnel, incentives, working conditions, physical activity, work performance, responsibilities. Method; The type of research used is an analytical survey method with a cross-sectional study approach. The population in this study were all medical record personnel with a total sample of 46 respondents. Results; shows that there is a relationship between giving incentives (p = 0.018), work responsibilities (p = 0.031), and physical activity (p = 0.011) on the performance of medical record personnel while there is no relationship between working conditions (p = 0.501) and work performance (p = 0.417) on the performance of medical record personnel. Conclusion; that there is a relationship between the provision of incentives, physical activity, responsibility for the performance of medical records, and there is no relationship between working conditions, work performance on the performance of medical record personnel.

Objective To find out the characteristics of acute media otitis patients. Methods: This study uses descriptive quantitative, the population is a patient recorded in the medical records. Sampling technique using Slovin formula. Research results: Of the 40 samples studied obtained frequency of the 40 samples studied, was found that the most age was the age range 21-40 years and 41-60 years as many as 13 people (32.5%). For the most gender, 22 people were male (55%). For the distribution of the frequency of pain, the most common was mild pain as many as 20 people (50%). The main complaint experienced by patients with acute otitis media was decreased hearing which was obtained by 26 people (65%) Conclusion: From this study, cases of acute otitis media were found for the most age range in the adult age range. For sex, it was mostly found in the male gender. For the acute otitis media pain scale, the most based on the pain scale was found mostly in mild pain. The most common symptom is decreased hearing
