Abstract :This research was conducted at an outsourcing company in Surabaya with the aim of knowing the effect of reward, punishment and supervision both simultaneously and partially on employee performance, and also to find out which variable among reward, punishment and supervision variables has a dominant effect on employee performance. The population in this study were employees of outsourcing companies in Surabaya as many as 72 people. The sampling technique used was total sample, meaning that the entire population in this study was taken as sample. While the data collection technique used a questionnaire with a Likert scale with five answer choices. The method of analysis used multiple linear regression analysis. The results of the study indicate that reward, punishment and supervision simultaneously affect employee performance simultaneously and partially. Punishment has a dominant effect on employee performance. |

Abstract :The increasingly fierce business competition makes companies have to make the right strategy within the company, especially strategies related to improving employee performance. The aim of this research is to find out how much influence organizational climate, servant leadership, and intrinsic motivation have on organizational citizenship behavior (OCB). This study uses quantitative research methods and SPSS data processing using regression analysis and 36 respondents. The results of data processing show that there is an influence of organizational climate, servant leadership, intrinsic motivation on Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) both simultaneously and partially. |

Abstract :The purpose of this study is the method of determining the cost of production by applying the full costing method in the selling price at PT. Eternal New Beautiful Light. The research approach used is descriptive quantitative, with the results showing that the full costing method in the cost of production can determine the selling price at PT. Eternal New Beautiful Light. Because the full costing method will charge all BOP (Production Overhead Costs) both fixed and variable. Thus, the full costing method is more profitable for the company because it will charge all production operational costs in making a product. This will result in a more accurate cost of goods manufactured. |

Abstract :This study aims to identify and analyze community empowerment programs using the ABCD (asset based community development) approach or theory to develop the potential of tourism villages in Mojokambang Village. This study uses a qualitative approach, the source of the data obtained in this study comes from primary and secondary data. Primary data was obtained through the interview process, while secondary data came from books and journals that support the research results. The results showed that Mojokambang Village has potential assets to be developed into a tourist village through optimizing the management of the “jogo kali” park. Development efforts are carried out through an empowerment program based on the results of data identified with the ABCD approach. Directly or indirectly, the empowerment program carried out by the manager together with all stakeholders has had a positive impact on the economic welfare of the empowered community, starting from the economic, psychological, and social aspects. The empowerment program that was carried out was running quite optimally and had a positive impact on empowered communities before the COVID-19 pandemic. |

Abstract :This study was conducted to find out: (1) whether bitcoin is a profitable investment instrument; (2) how to make bitcoin a profitable investment instrument. This article was compiled using the “Library Research” approach where the data obtained will be analyzed in depth descriptively. The results of the study show that: (1) Bitcoin is a profitable investment instrument due to the limited supply of Bitcoin, which makes this instrument behave like Gold; (2) In order to become a profitable investment instrument, individuals can carry out mining activities to get Bitcoin prizes from miner applications and individuals can also carry out spot trading activities by taking advantage of the Bitcoin price difference when buying and selling so as to earn a profit. |

Abstract :The purpose of this study was to examine more deeply how the perception of academics (professors and students) and practitioners of the accounting practices of fraud as well as the role of whistleblowing for prevention and detection of fraud. This type of research is using qualitative methods using natural setting that aims to describe the circumstances (phenomenon) that happens. The data analysistechnique used is data collection, data reduction, a data display and conclusion drawing/ verifying. Based on the results of research and discussion concluded that the perception of academics (professors and students) accounting and practitioners are almost entirely have to have a good understanding of fraud and whisleblowing for prevention and detection of fraud. |

Abstract :This research was conducted at the University of Nahdlatul Ulama Sidoarjo. This study aims to identify how much influence Social Support and Self-Efficacy have in job search to create Career Adaptability for final year students at the Faculty of Economics, Nahdlatul Ulama University, Sidoarjo. This research uses quantitative research methods and data processing is carried out using SPSS software. In this case, Social Support and Self-Efficacy in job search are independent variables, while Career Adaptability is the dependent variable. This study used 100 final year student respondents. The results of data processing obtained Social Support beta value of 0.686 with a sig value. of 0.000, the value of sig. 0.000 < 0.05 indicates that Social Support has a significant effect on Career Adaptability, while the results of self-efficacy data processing in job search have a beta value of 0.310 with a sig value of 0.000, a sig value. 0.000 <0.05 indicates that self-efficacy in job search on career adaptability has a significant effect. |
