Abstract :oday CSR is not discretionary and taking a shape of management principle as a strategies imperative which is gradually spreading across all companies in India regardless of sector or size originations which have hitherto not been involve in CSR project need to now first of all identify which socially relevant activity they desire to work for. The next step would be to prepare a budget, identify the number of personnel including domain e makes a real difference experts, required, decide if the company desires to work with an NGO, specify the geographical location for the activity as also the number of targeted beneficiaries, so that the selected CSR activity has a certain continuity and consequently makes a real difference. The company can choose supporting projects which can benefit people and/or animals and/or the environment. On 18th Dec, 2012 the Loksabha passed the new companies Bill which requires corporates to spend 2% of their net profits on CSR activities.The activities qualifying for CSR under the law are listed out in schedule

Abstract :Information Technology has changed today’s business scenario by introducing e-commerce concept to the extent that every organization is adapting technological advances in their business processes to optimize its benefits and efficiency. E-HRM is one such application implemented by maximum organizations to conduct their HRM activities. So it is very crucial to understand the factors that lead to successful implementation of e-HRM. This study assesses the organizational factors that influence the implementation of e-HRM in Indian industries. Data is collected for this study by means of a survey and conclusions are drawn accordingly.

Abstract :Water is the prime important factor besides high yielding seeds, manures and fertility of soil in improving agricultural economy of the country. Indian economy has predominantly remained agrarian in nature since independence as more than 70% population, living in about 6 lakh villages, are solely dependent upon agriculture and its allied activities. In the absence of proper irrigation facilities, agricultural activities were largely dependent upon the vagaries of weather and precipitation of rain fall. The overall goal of this paper is to understand the impact of investment on irrigation sector in India has had on grain production and incomes, in general, and income and poverty alleviation in poor areas, in particular. The paper seeks to meet two objectives. First, we describe the comparison between financial expenditure and gross receipts among the states in India. Second, we seek to understand financial expenditure analysis among the Major irrigation projects & Medium Irrigation projects, Minor Irrigation projects and CAD Programme.

Abstract :The purpose of the present study was to analyze the impact of various developments of retailer in the unorganized retail sector in Tirunelveli District. To achieve the purpose of the study, 385 unorganized retailers in Tirunelveli District were selected as a sample by adopting the purposive sampling technique. Out of 385 respondents, only 380 respondents participated completely in the study yielding a response rate of 98.70%. The study adopted the relevant research design, namely quantitative research design. A well structured and pre-tested interview schedule was used to collect the information required for the study and focused on the developments of the respondents due to their retailing and the quality of life. The appropriate analyses were carried out with the help of using popular statistical package SPSS 21 and AMOS 21. The study proved that the developments in the part of the personality, managerial skill, ecological, marketing skill, values and intellectual of retailers due to their retailing have significant impact on their quality of life, whereas the unorganized retailers have significant developments due to their retailing only in the part of managerial skill, marketing skill and values. The result of the study would serve as a powerhouse for enhancing the livelihood of the unorganized retailers in the area where the study has been undertaken.

Abstract :This paper discusses about diversification of access mechanisms, the limited supply of instruments and the difficulty of operating funds and public policies to support projects related to the small-scale fisheries and aquaculture Brazilian as a limited advancement of sustainability strategies of biodiversity. The objective of this work was to construct a portfolio with the exploration of the sources of financing for biodiversity of artisanal fishing among other fundamental knowledge in a context of economic dispute, citizenship remain inconclusive, need for federative pact and political reforms-tax. It is considered that the information contained in this paper can support researchers, entrepreneurs, social organizations, funds and funding agencies to build the sustainability of the Amazon Region and Brazil by the artisanal fishery.

Abstract :Black Money (Undisclosed Foreign Income and Assets) and Imposition of Tax Bill, 2015 (popularly Black Money Act) is an Act of the Parliament of India. It aims to curb black money, or undisclosed foreign assets and income and imposes tax and penalty on such income. The Act has been passed by both the Houses of the Parliament. The Act has received the assent of the President of India on 26 May 2015.It came into effect from 1 July 2015. The Finance Minister on 20 March, 2015 introduced in the Parliament a comprehensive new law on Black Money slashed away abroad. The new Bill is known as “The Undisclosed Foreign Income & Assets (Imposition of Tax) Bill, 2015. As per the new bill, non-filing of returns or filing of returns with inadequate disclosure of foreign assets will be liable for prosecution, with rigorous imprisonment. In this article an attempt has been made to bring the salient features of this new Bill so that all those persons who are holding foreign income and assets can take advantage of the provisions contained in this Bill.

Abstract :TDS on interest income from deposits of small and nonscheduled cooperative banks has been made applicable with effect from 1st June, 2015. Earlier, exemption from TDS was given to member (shareholder) depositors of cooperative societies. Most of the people give preferably deposit their money in cooperative banks because of friendlier staff, additional interest rate than nationalized banks and exemption from TDS. However, the Finance Bill-2015 removed all exemptions in regards to TDS and also expanding definition of time deposits, recurring deposits (RDs) have been included in the domain of time deposits. These provisions have created worries by the side of cooperative banks as well as depositors’ side. This is one of the most significant steps to create more competition and keep aside the cooperatives from enjoying special exemption in order to make cooperative banks feeble. On this backdrop, to make aware the depositors and alongside to study the effects of TDS on the business of cooperative banks, the present study has been carried out and tried to focus on the current issue.

In the contemporary institutional setting, there is currently a great deal of passionate expression about online education on part of students, professors, and administrators. Strategies for facilitating the adoption and effective use of online education are an issue of importance to educational administrators across the globe.
