(iii) lecturer in Virology Department from May1999 till June 2004 (iv)Assistant professor in Virology Department from June2004 till June 2009. v) Professor of Virology from June 2009 Vi)Head of virology department from September 2013 -Member of team work gain a project funded from since and technology development fund in the filed of viral vaccine preparation -working in a research team in the filed of molecular biology -Director of quality and accreditation center of Bani Suief University
Research Experience :	1-Medical microbiology for students in Faculty of Dentistry 2-Basic microbiology-Clinical microbiology-Molecular biology for students in Faculty of pharmacy 3-Basic and advanced virology for Human and Veterinary Medicine students Molecular techniques: -Gel electrophoresis. DNA and RNA manipulation -PCR. Virus isolation: -Virus isolation and propagation on embryonated eggs. -Virus isolation and propagation on tissue culture. Different serological techniques ELISA(Enzyme Linked Immunosorbent Assay), Western blot Haemagglutination inhibition, passive haemagglutination, agar gel precipitation test (AGPT), SNT IFA (immunofluorescent antibody technique). Serological diagnosis of fish diseases . Cellular immunity assays -Lymphocyte blastegenesis by MTT dye uptake method. -Macrophage phagocytosis. Vaccine preparation -Preparation of live attenuated and inactivated vaccines. - Evaluation of live attenuated and inactivated vaccines. -Preparation and evaluation of DNA vaccines. -Preparation of different adjuvant Others Hormone binding assay by ELISA Fixation and staining methods, Fluorescent material handling, Immunocytochemistry Lab animal handling; chicken, mice and rats. Antiviral research: -Evaluation of antiviral activity of different herbal plants and algae against both RNA and DNA viruses.
