Abstract :The present study has attempted to determine the socio-economic feature of the selected holdings of Chrysanthemum cultivation in Nagar and Parner tahasils of Ahmednagar district. For the primary data especially designed questionnaire were used. For the selection of sample cultivators a list of flower growers was obtained from the revenue records of the selected villages. The required number of cultivators from each village was selected randomly. For the purpose of analysis, the farmers were grouped in to three classes on the basis of total holdings, small medium and large holdings. According to the 40familes were selected from the group of small 50 families from the group of medium and 60 families from the group of large farm size. An attempt was made in this study to find out the socio-Economic features of the selected holdings. |

Abstract :John Donne is the most outstanding practioner of 'Metaphysical School of poetry'. Metaphysical poetry is that branch of poetry that blends emotions with intellect in a harmonic manner. In the poetry of Donne which Eliot and his generation found so fascinating – there existed the lively play of intellect, the alliance of passion and playfulness and dramatic imagination. Donne's poetic practices started a powerful tradition which affected a large body of poetry in the first half of the 17th century. This paper tries to tease out certain strong charecterstics of metaphysical traditions. It also tries to make a critical analysis of the importance of metaphysical poetry in the literary realm. |

Abstract :With the trend of innovative methods and giving due importance to subjective issues in educational research people started for looking the constructs of subjective termslike education, quality education, teacher effectiveness, teacher behaviour and the like. It is now being thought that dealing such problems with quantitative or qualitative research methods does not produce the acceptable results. Q-methodology is a combination of the two, thus can be termed as triangulation method. It combines the goods of both quantitative as well as qualitative methods of research. Paper explains theory as well as illustration of application of Q-methodology. At the same time it compares Q-methodology with R-methodology. It attempts to evaluate the utility of Q-methodology in solving subjective educational problems thus emphasizing its heuristic nature. |

Abstract :This paper deals with research on educational technology, educational theater and teacher training. The goal was to identify the contribution of educational theater's educational technology practice for the acquisition and production of scientific knowledge in teacher education. The research methodology was based on thenonexperimental model, descriptive, longitudinal in nature, and with a mixed approach. The results showed that there were connections to the occurrence of relevant learning, digital socialization and enhancement of teacher education. Therefore, we conclude that there was a contribution from the practice of Educational Technology of Educational Theater for the acquisition and production of scientific knowledge in teacher education. |

Abstract :[Financial inclusion promotes financial development which in turn motivates economic development. Financial inclusion is the process whereby it is ensured that viable financial services & products are provided to the weaker sections at prices that are affordable, through a transparent and just institution. The Reserve Bank of India (RBI) has taken several measures on this front and these measures are also some extent implemented in Dhemaji district of Assam along with the other parts of India. These measures had a strong impact on the rural economy of Assam. Despite the sincere effort of RBI still a major section of the rural population of Dhemaji are financially excluded due to socio-economic reasons. Dhemaji is an economically backward district of Assam. As per as 2011 census, 92.96% population of Dhemaji lived in rural areas. So it is easily understood how important the issue of financial inclusion in the formation of various rural development initiatives and the social welfare programmes like MGNREGA, National Old Age Pension Policy in the context of rural areas of Dhemaji. Abstract :According to a study by the global business consulting firm, Baines and Company, a 5% increase in customer retention can increase a company's profitability by 75%. Refah Supermarkets is an Iranian Supermarket chain based in Tehran. The establishment has currently 160 branches across the nation. Refah is carrying a wide assortment of goods in the lines of Food & Beverages Fresh Produce, Hygienic & Cosmetics, Home Appliances & Electronics, Clothing & Textiles and Stationeries. Online sales are provided for those customers who prefer to shop, compare and decide to purchase. The company slogan of Refah is "Better quality, lower prices." Refah, along with Shahrvand supermarkets, and Carrefour-owned Hyper star Market, create the bulk of Iranian retail industry. This research is going to survey effect of Refah store brand on customer loyalty. From 300 questionnaires 288 answers were returned. Hypotheses were tested by structural equation modeling. The results of this survey can be based of Refah plans to create customer loyalty. There is no perceived quality of Refah brand by their customers but is influencing by their customer satisfaction. Positive impact on the perceived quality of customer satisfaction and on customer loyalty was proved. There was no impact of perceived quality on customer satisfaction |

Abstract :The purpose of the study was to find out the IMPACT OF SPECIFIC YOGA PACKAGE ON AGGRESSION & SELF-CONFIDENCE AMONG ADOLESCENTS . In the present study single group Pre-test-post -test design is used. 30 subjects were taken from Sarswti Vidhya Mandir, Rishikesh between the age group of 14 to 16.The pre-test of all the subjects of a group was taken with the help of questionnaires on 15th on February 2008.After taking Pre-test, the subjects were taken into the practiced of yogic package (Surya namaskar &Nadi shodhan) for 45 days for the duration of 30 minutes per day in the morning time .After 45 days past test was administered on 30 on March 2008. . The experts used questionnaires of Agnihotri's Self confidence Inventory (ASCI) Scaled by:- Dr. Rekha Agnihotri (1985) and Aggression Scale Scaled by :- Km. Roma Pal (1983) .The data obtained from the pre and post test are statistically analyzed by using t-test. Statistically it is found that there is significant difference in the level of Self -confidence and aggression among adolescents. Some researches show that Surya Namaskar is a perfect combination of asana and pranayama. So it affects both as asana and pranayama. Nadi shodhan is also very beneficial for physiological as well as psychological imbalances for adolescents. |

Abstract :The purpose of the study was to find out the Effect of Aaditya-Hridaya Stotram on Anxiety and Self-confidence of College Going Students”. 30 subjects were taken for this study. The subject was taken from DSVV, Shantikunja, Hardwar. A sample for this study have selected by accidental sampling. Who were available easily was chosen in present study. In these study girls students were taken all were undergraduate and their age group ranging between 17-21 years. On the basis of the research design I samples have chosen which acts as the experimental group for pre-post test design. The experts used questionnaires of SCAT (Sinha Comprehensive Anxiety Test)Constructed by A.K.P.Sinha (Patna) & L.N.K. Sinha (Patna) in 1995 and ASCI (Agnihitri's Self-Confidence Inventory )Constructed by Rekha Agnihotri (Meerut).Statistical analysis of the present study was used T-test.After showing the result of this project work we may conclude that Aditiyahridayastotra (Surya Mantra) play a significant role in decreasing anxiety level and improving self confidence. This practice is done by the students. The regular practice shows a significant difference in anxiety level and level of self confidence. |

Abstract :Many Nigerians have misguided negative perceptions about learners with intellectual disabilities. Such behaviors have led to denial of appropriate services due to these learners and thereby restricting their inclusion in participating in the educational and societal mainstream. This paper therefore presents some of the key factors militating against their exclusion from enjoying the benefits and responsibilities of participating in the educational and societal mainstream and at the same time offers some contemporary educational practices that have improved educational outcomes for learners with intellectual disabilities. The study was carried out in six education zones in Enugu State of Nigeria. It was a descriptive survey study. The instrument for data collection was a questionnaire. Two research questions and two hypotheses guided the study. The result of the study showed that teachers and parents agreed that learners with intellectual exceptionalities should be provided with social skills to enable them relate effectively with others. For this, appropriate strategies such as practice and repetition should be applied for such children. |

In the last couple of decades, the preservation of bio-diversity and conservation of the environment has assumed great significance in around the world. People and institutions alike have been battling it out for a “cleaner and greener world”. In this discussion on the application of natural gas vehicles or CNG can promote the cleaner and greener world. The interview with CNG experts suggests that CNG programm in Indian cities is progressing stage and it could become the world's largest natural gas vehicle program.However, in recent time CNG option is not much preferable due to constant increasing it fuel price, increased private vehicles and decreased public transport, lack of effort in small scale market development, infrastructural problems, improvement of diesel/petrol technology and lack of social awareness on acceptance of environment friendly fuels. Besides, the future vision of this program will expand to all over the Indian cities it would not possible without systematic understanding it current socio-technical challenges and with possible solution. |

Abstract :Emotional intelligence is important for adjustment and managing the emotional demands of present day life. This study aimed to investigate the relationship between emotional intelligence and adjustment of 210 male and female undergraduate students belonging to arts and science streams, University of Jammu. Using correlation and regression analysis, statistically significant relationships were found between emotional intelligence and adjustment of undergraduates. Findings from this study showed that emotional intelligence is a significant predictor of adjustment amongst undergraduates. |

Abstract :Saul Alinsky is a pioneer of community organization methods and techniques. He has laid a foundation of one of the most popular and applicable method in social work. The core dimension of community organization is local control on development process in a democratic way. The power is based on participation of people where leadership development is at centre of relationship building, and political education. Various strategies related to development, resource mobilization and community action, etc., are the other dimensions where the social worker has to practice community work. In this paper various principles such as people's motivation, dynamism in organizing processes, dealing with conflicting situations are explained and the activities which cannot be considered as community organization are also discussed. Among them the social activism, social advocacy, social movement, legal action, direct service etc., cannot be considered as a community organization though it is based on organizing the people. Various models such as locality development model action model and community planning model, is elaborated in depth. Various steps involved in community organization are discussed in detail. The ten basic rules of community organization provide insight for scientific approach for community organization. The distinction between community organization and community development provides the relationship between each other which ultimately concerned with social change and social development. |

Abstract :This paper deals with the history of community organization. In Indian society there are several evidences that trace the history of community organization. People come together for common concerned and common benefit is the underlying social relations in community life which forms the foundation of Indian social structure. Democratic approach to social life has its roots in community organization and community cooperation. It is one of the significant methods in solving the community problems. The cooperative spirit which promotes the people to unite together to address common issues is the basic principle of community organization. The historical roots are routed in charity organizations i.e. for making the provisions of various services for the citizens of settlement areas. The details of the community organizations are discussed in context of Sir Wayn's experiments during British regime, which is one of the formal attempts for community development. The community development programme launched in 1952 is exclusively based on community organization. The various periods of charity organization in USA and UK was discussed in detail along with the Gandhian approach to community approach. The philosophical base and key contributors of community organization and their pioneering efforts are also discussed in detail. |

Abstract : The Administration of the Production treats of the administration of the several productive stages of the rendered services or of the manufactured products. The study of PCP. Planning and Control of the Production guides the form for the execution of the functional processes, lessening wastes of time and hand - of-work used during the production stages; it is an indispensable approach in the business administration, because it seeks to manage the resources appropriately. The lack of publications about these operations motivates the entrance of the academy, in way to subsidize knowledge and to collaborate with the learning of the Amazonian. This work has for purpose to study main aspects of the productive process of production of home-made candies, with focus in regional candy. The theoretical aspects were confronted with the practices in the routines of the ground-of-factory of a modest structure productive rondoniense. This task leans on in the Theory of Systems, with support in the definitions of Tubino (2007), Erdmann (2000) and other authors that contributed with the main concepts to the understanding of the scenery to be treated. The Method of Study of Case was used, in qualitative research of descriptive nature, by compatible procedures. This way they were obtained results on the attendance of the processes in the production of regional candy (1), it was evidenced the practices of the programming process and control of the production (2) and he/she improved about the working power of regional candy (3), in the plantel of the investigated family company. In the conclusion they were identified the incongruities and suggestions are offered. This work serves the interested parties in the theme and to the managers of methods and productive processes in the similar branch or I correlate. |
