A IMPORTÂNCIA DA GESTÃO DE PESSOAS NA RESOLUÇÃO DOS CONFLITOS |
Author : Osnei Francisco Alves Artur Coelho Jussara Fidelis Marcelo Rogério Zitta |
Abstract | Full Text |

PERFORMANCE OF CONSTRUCTED WETLAND IN THE DECONTAMINATION OF WATER CONTAMINATED WITHPOTENTIALLY TOXIC METALS: EFFICIENCY OF THE CONSORTIUM PISTIA STRATIOTES AND ALOCASIAMACHORRIZA |
Author : Mauro Célio da Silveira Pio , Fabio Alexandre Costa Mota and Genilson Pereira Santana |
Abstract | Full Text |
Abstract :vertical subsurface-flowwetland (SSFW)in filteringpotential toxic metal (PTM)of contaminated water.SSFWconsisted of a tank
with Pistia stratiotes coupled to a planted filter with Alocasiamachorrizacultivatedinchemically modified clayey soil. For assessing the SSFWwater filtering capacity,we carried out three batches of metalcontaminated water collectedfrom a stream called
“Igarapé do Quarenta” (IG40). To validate the filtering capacity, the pH, conductivity and PTM concentration in five water samples collected in intervals of 24 hours, were analyzed. Our findings showed a reduction in PTMconcentrations mainly Co and Pb. In addition, Pistia stratiotesproved to be betterremoving PTM than planted filter, absorbing high concentrations of
Pb and Fe in their roots and leaves. However, AlocasiamachorrizaabsorbsNi and Pb in their leaves, Co, Ni in their stems and Pb, Ni and Co in their roots. |

NATURE OF SOCIAL CLASHES AND THE ROLE OF POLICE FOR THE RESTORATION OF NORMALCY IN THE ERSTWHILE MADRAS PRESIDENCY |
Author : Dr. A.Vadivel |
Abstract | Full Text |
Abstract :Social clashes are a constant menace to public order because riotous activities often jeopardize the very structure of society. Behind every social clash, a variety of factors, such as emotional
currents, hopes and frustrations, vested interests, political, social, religious and economic issues, are often involved. A clash may occur in any area, urban or rural. Every social clash has its own peculiar features and these vary according to the characteristics of that particular area. While some of the violent clashes are spontaneous, some others develop gradually or develop over a period of time. |

A APLICAÇÃO DA ÁRVORE DA REALIDADE ATUAL DA TOC NO SETOR DE CONTRATOS E CONVÊNIOS DE UMA FUNDAÇÃO DE APOIO: UM ESTUDO DE CASO |
Author : M.Sc. d Alessandra Marques de Souza and Prof. Dr. Armando Araújo de Souza Júnior |
Abstract | Full Text |

COOPERATIVISM AND FAMILY FARMING: REVIEWING MANAGEMENT PRACTICES |
Author : Maria Irenilda de Sousa Dias |
Abstract | Full Text |
Abstract :This paper discusses the peasantry s trajectory as a popular expression in a synthetic way and from the struggle of this context for the usufruct of the land as a space for socio - cultural and economic reproduction, until reaching the legal framework that instituted the category‘Family Farming’.It suggests an analysis of how the organizations of the peasantry managed to evolve in their concept of socio-productive organization and in the understanding of their socio political role, demanding more participative and democratic management models. Finally, it explains the reasons why Cooperative societies of Family
Farming require a horizontal and comprehensive management model for the community involvement of the category, proposing the method of participative and shared management with the families of the titular members as a qualification
strategy Decision-making processes in these organizations.

NUMERICAL ANALESSIS OF NON-STEADY FLOW OF A CODUCTING BINGHAM FLUID IN AN ANNULUS IN PRESENCES OF TIME VARYING TOROIDAL PRESSURE GRADIENT |
Author : S. S. Shukla |
Abstract | Full Text |
Abstract :In this paper concerned with the non-steady flow of a conducting Bingham plastic in an annulus under time varying toroidal pressure gradient. It has been assumed that a constant radial magnetic field is acting on the fluid and no applied or polarization voltage exist, i.e. no energy is being added or
extracted by electrical means. It has been observed
that the toroidal component of the velocity in Bingham fluid is grater then that of viscous fluid and it increases as the value of non-dimensional Bingham number increases. The present paper aims at extending the investigations of reference Singh [9] &
Attia & Ahmed [10] to Bingham plastics. We have, however, considered a non-porous channel which is appropriate for fluid under discussion. |

THE FORMATION OF THE CHILD IN AMAZON BORDER BETWEEN BRAZIL AND COLOMBIA: THE PLAY AND THE SENSE OF BEING A CHILD |
Author : Marinete Lourenço Mota and Iraildes CaldasTorres |
Abstract | Full Text |
Abstract :Has as scope to present the study about the play spontaneously of the child in their training process from the perspective of the child itself, while one of the categories of analyzes of the thesis
entitled "The child in the Amazon frontier: the live in knife edge and the imaginary of childhood", defended in the Postgraduate Program Society and Culture in the Amazon at the Federal University of Amazonas. The theoretical-methodological framework is based primarily on the contribution of authors like Benjamin (1984), Bourdieu (1987), Brougère (2008), Bachelard
(1998), Corsaro (2011), Meleau-Ponty (1999) and Meira (2003). As methodological procedures were used the techniques of focus group and the drawing produced by the children to interpret the perceptions of the same on the play in the Santa Rosa in Tabatinga/Brazil at the border, with the city of
Letíticia/Colombia - Amazon. The results show that the play of the child is for it to his condition of being a child in this Amazon frontier, translates the ontogeny of their hominization, i.e., it is by playing that it assimilates the concepts of becomes a human being, culture and produces crops in society, becoming subject of social action through the games, the game and the toy. |
