Morphometric analysis has been carried out to determine the drainage basins Characteristic. In the present study the Venna river basin which is tributaries of the Krishna River are used for morphometric analysis by using Geographic Information System (GIS). An evaluation of morphometric characteristics of a drainage basin requires preparation ofStream Frequency, Drainage Density, Elongation Ratio, Circularity Ratio, Form Factor, Drainage Pattern, Relief Ratio, Relative Relief etc.which helps to understand the nature of drainage basin. A GIS technique is one of the most powerful tools for the analysis of morphometry.

An experimental investigation is carried out to establish the performance and emission characteristics of a compression ignition engine while using nanoparticle as additives in neat diesel and biodiesel. In this study, two different nanoparticle additives namely Cerium Oxide(CeO2) and Manganese Oxide(MnO2) were added to neat diesel and biodiesel at the addition dosage of 25 and 50 ppm. Fuel properties, engine performance and exhaust emission characteristics of obtained modified fuels were examined. The CeO2 and MnO2 act as an oxygen donating catalyst and provide oxygen for the oxidation of CO or absorb oxygen for the reduction of NOx. The activation energy of CeO2 and MnO2 acts to burn off carbon deposits within the engine cylinder at the wall temperature and prevents the deposition of non-polar compounds on the cylinder wall results reduction in HC emissions. The tests revealed that the optimum additive and dosage was determined as 25ppm of CeO2 and 25 ppm of MnO2 engine emission values namely NOx and CO were marginally decreased and engine performance values slightly increased with the addition of nanoparticle additives.

The statistical techniques of descriptive statistics, and one way ANOVA were employed to analyze the data. Results revealed that age had significant influence over one of the component of burnout scores. In reduced of personal accomplishment, teachers with higher age groups had higher burnout scores.

It is glorious to think that the sericulture industry can be a source of self- employment as well as wage employment in the rural areas. The importance of any industry lies not in production alone, but also in creating employment and generating income among the population. Though sericulture was known to the people since long, yet, no particular attempt ever directed to develop it into a distinct branch of cultivation. However inspite its limitations, the silk industry is still flourishing since long and definitely we can assume that it will be able to cross the other limitations also in near future. Therefore the sericulture industry required such urgent steps which would preserve its own unique traditional features and qualities as well as can give the industry a new viable look.

In the formation of chain-networks, the forms of organizational and inter-organizational relationships consider that all the organizations constituting a network, even the interorganizational networks, areformed of people and resourcesthat are engaged in achieving certain goals. This studyhas sought to show how the actors of the Justa Trama agroecological cotton productionchain-network,establish intra and inter-organizational relationships. Using qualitative methodology and an exploratory descriptive approach, theanalyzes led to an understanding and interpretation of the phenomena, using a theoretical matrix to evaluate forms of organizational and inter-organizational relationships, without discarding, auxiliary contributions in developing the conceptual map, with other theories and approaches inherent to the subject. The results reveal the relationships within theJusta Trama Chain-Network, highlighting the stakeholders, stakewatchers and stakekeepers, and permit one to consider that this chain-Network, which acts insix widely dispersed Brazilian States which naturally causes difficulties in relation to transportation, logistics and arranging meetings between the members of the cooperatives. Moreover, this type of organizational arrangement can only be maintained if interorganizational relationships are valued. Thus, the union of collective entrepreneurs allows those involved to take risks that they would not take individually.

To achieve the objective of verifying the perception of people on the observation and deep soaking for connection with sources of knowledge that lead to new opportunities and better individual and collective, we used the deductive method with a qualitative and quantitative research at the Regional Electoral Tribunal of Rondônia - Brazil, with the participation of 82 employees through a questionnaire validated according to Cornbrash's alpha. The results showed that there are actions that involve developing more informed decisions based on what is healthy for the whole and there is concern in the organization to develop this understanding, and that people are aware of the reflection of his contribution to work with everyone.

This task focuses on projects, work measures and ergonomics, with a focus on the fish extraction in the vicinity of the Municipality of Porto Velho City, Capital of Rondônia State, Brazil. This task is supported by the Contingency Theory, according to Chiavenato (2003) that explains the relationship between environmental conditions and appropriate management techniques to the achievement of organizational goals. It refers to a qualitative research, of descriptive nature , prepared through the method of case study with compatible procedures. In loco visits were conducted, interviews, questionnaires applying, the confrontation between theory and practice developed by actors consulted was done. The result was the identification of historical and socioeconomic characteristics of those involved, the demonstration of the stages of system organization and implementation process; description of the process of fish extraction and procedures performed in the activity of artisanal fishing; the possible benefits were detached with the implementation of forthcoming projects, working measures and ergonomics of work in the Fishing Colony visited, pointing recommendations. This study will serve as a college contribution to the interested in the construction of public policies for integrated local development.

Inclusive growth' is not a new or a novel idea.
