Edict which is installed in the back of Hanuman Temple of Kheni Ranjeru describes the origin and genealogy of Sindh Dynasty, which ruled Attle Nadu or Table Land or elevated land or upper land. Lower part of the inscription is fragmented. The author of this inscription was Hajjamahish of SIndh dynasty. Who was the chief feudatory of Kalyan Chalukyan emperor Vikramaditya-VI. It is written in old Kannada in Champa four line style. Among all the inscriptions of Sindh dynasty, available in Karnataka Ranjeru inscription is very prominent one.

Effective human rights education not only provides knowledge about human rights and the mechanism that protect them , but also develops the skills needed to promote, develop and apply human rights in daily life. Human rights education also fosters the attitudes and behaviours needed to uphold human rights for all members of society. In the present study an attempt has been made to investigate the human rights education awareness of Muslim women of Dihing Revenue Circle, Nagaon. In the present study descriptive survey method was adopted. Simple random sampling technique was used to select samples of 100 women from selected area. A Self prepared interview schedule was used to collect the data. To analyse the data simple percentage was calculated.

It has become major vehicle for mobilization of savings, especially from the small and middle income group savers for investment in the capital market.Mutual Funds are essentially a financial intermediaries. Mutual Funds have become a critical link among various financial segments in the economy. They play a crucial role in the mobilisation of resources, especially from small savers. On account of the huge resources at their disposal, they have also emerged as the dominant players in the capital market. It is estimated that the mutual funds in India together have assets of crores together. With such enormous funds at their disposal they have become critical players in the market.

The institutional credit has been conceived to play an important role in the agricultural development of India. A large number of institutional agencies are involved in the disbursement of credit to agriculture. However, the persistence of money lenders in the rural credit market is still a major concern. In this backdrop, the present study has assess the quantum of loans issued and outstanding by institutional agencies and to examine the progress of Scheduled Commercial Banks in supplying agricultural credit in India. The relevant information was gathered through secondary data and compound growth rate were used for the analysis of data. The study reveals that the highest increase in loans issued was in the case of Scheduled Commercial Banks while the lowest was in the case of Co-operatives on the other hand the total number of account holders in scheduled commercial banks has increased from 5,841 to 30,538, whereas the amount of finance increased from 14,516 to 2,71,670 in the referred period.

Land use and land cover is an important component in understanding the interactions of the human activities with the environment and thus it is necessary to monitor and simulate changes. In this paper an attempt has been made to study the changes in land use and land cover in Shirur tahsil over the span of 13 years (2001, and 2013). The study has been done through remote sensing approach using three time series data.The composition and distribution of land use Land cover classes of image include Waterbody, Forest, Agriculture, Open land, Fallow land, Settlement. The land use land cover map shows the spatial and temporal variation in the area. The finding reveals that there was drastic and rapid increases in the built up area and decreases in agriculture area. The analysis of spatial change indicates that the explanation of urban settlement is taking place of the of prime agriculture land in the area.

Urbanization is an important demographic shift worldwide. Today, nearly half the world population is urban. In India the rate of urbanization is also high in the last decade. It is major challenge for urban health. Urbanization has been traditionally linked to development and development with health. Indian cities are divided into two parts: one half lives in relatively clean and healthy environs, while the other lives in congested and overcrowded slums. The main objective of the present paper is to understand the incidence and distribution of Typhoid and Malaria study in Jalgaon city. The study is mainly based on the primary data, collected through well structured schedule, on purposively stratified random sampling method. Highest incidence and incidence rate of typhoid is recorded in ward no. 67, which is slum locality. The average incidence rate of typhoid is found 0.46 persons per thousand populations in the study area.

This task is focused on understanding the strategic alliances in agribusiness in a wholesale market in the city of Porto Velho / Rondônia. As support, it was used the Systems Theory that as Nolasco et al. (2014) introduced the idea of a set of elements interconnected to form a whole where the system is global and presents the systemic emerging with the characteristics and specific properties that can not be found in isolation. Specific objectives: (1) Raise the main forming elements of the strategic alliances focused on wholesaler agribusiness in Porto Velho; (2) Analyze the functional scenery of the fundamental alliance of agribusiness under study and (3) propose pro-innovation measures as competitive strategy in agribusi- ness under study. It was used the 5W2H tool that to Zago, quoted by Viana et al (2013) serves as an action plan, for it allows the action of means and activities, so a target will only be achieved if there is a good plan of action. Sasdelli (2012) states that the Ishikawa Diagram also known as cause-effect diagram has the function to identify the causes of a specific problem.

Seed pretreatments with water needs standardization in each case for the appropriate concentration and application, amount of soaking solutions, soaking dilutions etc. In the present investigations effects of presoaking of seeds of most important crops of the region green gram, Red gram, were studied for determining the amount of water required for soaking on percentage germination and seedling growth in terms of shoot and root lengths and dry weight distribution.
