This paper investigates the problem of income of local budgets and outlines the directions for of its improvement through the expansion of authority of local communities regarding the establishment of new local taxes and their administration, increase of local taxes and fees and improvement of a mechanism of collecting the single tax of small businesses.

In this paper was investigated the formation of consumption of food resources for the future. It was found that the main factors determining their change are the population; wealth; quality of the environment; productivity in agriculture. There was analyzed scenario of food consumption growth by influencing population growth, income, dietary diversification, and biofuels.

Investigated problematic aspects of audit methodology receivables, providing full and reliable information to users of financial statements. The necessity of taking into account new requirements for audit procedures. An improvement of the methods of audit of accounts receivable due to inclusion in the unit of analysis of receivables.

The essence of the credit infrastructure as an important element of collateral enterprises is considered. Established entities, types and methods of collateral are determined. Indicators of the banking system in the L’viv region 2007-2012 years are presented, the growth rate obligations and requirements for bank loans in the region is analyzed. It’s proven the correlation between hubristiс narcissism and motivation. It is shown that a healthy personality narcissistic traits are manifested in such a specific configuration of narcissistic traits, self-esteem leads to ambivalence in the continuum "I am insignificant – I am grand" polarization identity in the framework of "Relatedness with others" and "Search for yourself."
