Trends of development of agricultural enterprises in a region are analyzed. Performance results of agricultural enterprises are estimated in terms of up-to-date methods of economic and statistical data processing depending on the efficiency of a management system. The correlation between the production efficiency level and the specialization of an enterprises, the amount of farmland in its possession and the production cost of 1 ha of arable is determined. A substantial difference in the behavior of management performance indicators in crop production, compared to animal production, is defined. Necessity of introduction of new technologies, achievements of scientific and technological progress in management process of agricultural enterprises is proved.

Profound transformation of socio-economic relations, what is happening in Ukraine, calls for reflection and study of the problems of society, study its priorities for the formation of adequate control mechanisms. Recently the problem of innovative development has grown into one of the most acute problems of social development of Ukraine, as European integration processes require significant changes in the production system and industrial software. Socio-economic development largely depends on the size and efficiency of existing in the area of innovative potential. That is why, for all the complexity and diversity of the issues, one of the most important contemporary areas of research is the development of scientific and methodological approaches to the assessment of the innovative capacity and the development of effective mechanisms for its efficient use.

This article explores the features of the formation of innovative potential of enterprise engineering industry. The main factors influencing the formation of innovative potential. Revealed that one of the main components of the enterprise is innovation potential. And analyzes the main factors hindering the formation of innovative potential and the ways of solving problems. Identified and systematized factors and principles of development of innovative potential of industrial enterprises, to determine the range and performance criteria for participants in the innovation process. The main forms of state support of agriculture are outlined, the modern state and the effectiveness of budget financing of the agricultural sector of the economy are examined. The dynamics of the scope of government regulation of the agro-industrial sector in Ukraine in recent years has been researched taking into account the world experience. Examines the nature and content of managerial innovations enterprises, revealed their types. Methodical management instrumentation development of transport and logistics services of railway transport enterprises, which includes a system of innovations that are implemented in the following stages of management development services: development and adoption of the concept, the initiation of institutional change, the formation of a competitive portfolio of services and strategies for their development. Implementation of managerial innovations can improve the effectiveness of management decisions in conditions of uncertainty and instability in the business environment.

The results of analysis of the geoecological condition of the drainage basin system of Serna River, that is included in the drainage basin of Styr River, are represented. Unfavorable geomorphological processes and their consequences are established. The modern ecological state of atmospheric air, surface-water, landed resources is analyzed. Description of economic activity within the limits of drainage basin is given, ecologically dangerous objects are find. The coefficient of ecological stableness, the coefficient of the anthropogenic stress and other indexes of ecology-landscape organization of the investigated territory, are calculated and analyzed. Destabilizing and stabilizing terms and factors of the geoecological condition of the drainage basin system of Serna River are described and indicated on the maps of different in time physical-geographical terms of drainage basin system. The most important measures of optimization of the geoecological condition of the investigated object are reasonable.

Identified and summarized management role of the labour market. Analyzed the effectiveness of functioning of the infrastructure components of state administration of labour market Volyn region. On the basis of statistical indicators carried out a study of the dynamics of indicators of employment, the structure of services provided career guidance to citizens registered in the State employment service of Ukraine, Volyn region, indicators of registered unemployment and provide unemployment assistance to the population and justifies the main trends of the population, which were registered in the State employment service of Volyn region. Historical, cultural and natural resources of Ukraine are often dominated by similar resources of the most popular tourist regions, while domestic tourist attraction tourist product is unacceptably low. It was the reason of using the methodological tools classification tourist centers of regions of Ukraine. On the basis of criteria (geographical and administrative dominant purpose) suggested tourist centers are divided into "urban" and "regional" with the release of relevant subgroups. The tourist center is defined as a system of combined single concept of tourist activity, whose work is to identify and develop existing and potential benefits of tourism in the region and the development based on these ways to differentiate and promote. Developed is method of evaluation the resource-infrastructure base for tourism development based on the author's scorecard, which included indicators for evaluating the characteristics of two groups: 1) resources (subgroups "natural", "historical and cultural" and "human" or "people") and 2) infrastructure. Obtained in the evaluation of expert evidence and allowed to describe and classify existing and potential tourist centers of Vinnitsa region. A commercial names of these tourist centers, which are characterized by the following: reflect their main essence; attractive consumer PDA; take into account the main principles of naming. Undefined tourist centers found that most of them received low marks not only indicators of the infrastructure (it is known that it requires a significant development), but the resources (although each of outsiders has a large number of unique resources to create PDA). In the future, should develop a marketing program for the development of each of the chosen TC through the introduction of the concept of marketing cooperation of local tourism enterprises.

The fixed assets of problem decision of expediency of conduct of hotel business in crisis Ukraine are reasonable. The role of hotel enterprises is certain in the structure of the state. The results of research of changes in the structure of hotel economy of Ukraine for the last decade are published. Dependence of success of hotel enterprise on the innovative level of development and reason of slow rates of height of investing in an innovation are argued . The basic criteria of actuality of introduction of innovations are analysed. A research parallel is conducted with the results of the North-American research company "J. D. Power & Associates". Research results are sent to the height of rates of intensive national market of hotel services and increase of market level of innovations development development.

The article discusses a many-year-long experience of designing and using a pre-intermediate course of English when teaching it to adults who have previously finished an introductory (preparatory) course of that language and a beginner’s course of oral everyday communication. The course is aimed at learners’ acquisition of English at B1 level and designed for all those who desire to acquire it outside university language programs – for instance, in different kinds of commercial language courses. The developed course is structured on the basis of communicative-analytical approach with dominance of communicative learning activities and on the basis of parallel teaching of both written and oral communication, with oral communication prevailing.

The article deals with the formation technique of social competence of future MIA officers of Ukraine as a set of psychological and pedagogical methods, tools, common activities of partners of communication to achieve specific educational outcome – the formation of social competence of Internal Affairs Authorities specialists. The technology is created according to the model of professionally important properties formation and role-based position of all its members, age characteristics and components of the cadets` social competence. This technique best meets the requirements of formation of social competence, self-identity need of Internal Affairs Authorities specialists in organized interaction and is designed to increase the effectiveness of their training to function in the professional and social environment.

There are results of students’ of the analysis of the efficiency of сorrection and development program by activating the motivational-valued students’ sphere by activization of motivational structure of the personality in the course of training. The subject matter is – the impact of сorrection and development program on the formation motivational-valued students’ sphere. The aim of this article is to analyze and statistically to prove the efficiency of сorrection and development program of the motivational-valued sphere of students of engineer-pedagogical specialties’. The comparative study of the parameters of the control and experimental groups showed that students’ of the experimental group after conducting remedial and developmental programs learned skills and knowledge, which constitute the motivational, axiological, individually-typological component. Statistically proved the efficiency of сorrection and development program. Efficiency of this program is found: efficiency of сorrection and development program of the motivational and valuable sphere of students of engineer-pedagogical specialties’ directed on formation is statistically proved. At students’ of experimental group the motivation of achievement of success, educational motives, valuable orientations directed on self-improvement and development, a professional orientation, valuable orientations in career and self-control is created. The received results can be applied in work of psychologists for the purpose of increase of educational motivation and formation of the motivational-valued sphere of students’.

This article deals with the research of establishment effectiveness of development program of academically capable and gifted children adaptation “Journey to the country of Knowledge” under scientific and pedagogical project “Intellect of Ukraine”. It is stated that the establishment of the development program “Journey to the country of Knowledge” promoted the increasing of level of children readiness to school; development of self-control and self education skills; high level of wellbeing of children’s relationship; increasing of motivation, achievement and studying levels. During the working process children developed their vocabulary, improved speaking skills, formed positive attitude to the studying process. It should be mentioned that the conducted work promoted the increasing of an amount of children with high level of school readiness and the reduction of disadapted children. Positive models of behavior in real life were formed; imagination, memory, attention, perception, speaking and thinking were actualized and developed, the necessity of following rules of behavior at school actualized; children learned solving problematic situations methods.

Abbreviations of modern English as a constituent part of youth internet-slang are examined in the article, reasons of their origin are analyzed, the value of abbreviations is specified; considerable attention is paid to the phenomenon of youth slang that plays a leading role in the lexical system of language and represents sociocultural changes in life of society, in particular of young people; importance of youth internet-slang as the facility of information transfer for people who use the newest computer technologies in their everyday life; an accent is carried out on the problem of Internet-users literacy on the modern stage of linguistics development is underline.

In the article language, religious, ethnic programs of multicultural education and programs of student exchange of multicultural direction are examined in the universities of Great Britain. The aim of the article consists in context opening of the above-mentioned programs in the universities of Great Britain and in modules’ peculiarities illumination that is included in program context. In the process of research such methods as a descriptive method, methods of analysis and synthesis are used. Context of analyzed programs is exposed and peculiarities of each are reflected; the aim of programs’ course is certain; modules that are included in multicultural education programs context in British universities are described; meaningfulness of the program "Applied Bilingualism" (the English and Welsh languages) in the University of Wales is underlined. Research results can be drawn on in further scientific investigations in the field of multicultural education in universities of other countries.

The paper presents results of the empirical research directed to definition of the terminal and instrumental values hierarchy of the 1st, 3rd and 5th study years military students. Significant differences in the instrumental values hierarchy of the different courses military students have been revealed whereas the terminal values hierarchy of the 1st and 5th courses military students are practically congruent. The terminal values hierarchy of the 3rd study year military students have appeared to be the most specific that may be stipulated by the professional identity crisis that accrues to the given period of the higher learning.
