Abstract :In the article has developed an optimization mathematical model and methodology of selection of optimal parameters of manipulation of systems of transport and technological machines, which allows to increase their service performance and competitiveness. Also developed the original structure of a comprehensive objective function taking into account the additive effect of any number of important indicators of quality in the formation of the optimal variant of the designed construction. Established the feasibility of using optimization approaches to definition of the basic dimensions of the kinematic scheme and parameters of the drive for the hydraulic manipulation system at the preliminary stage – the stage of development of the technical proposal for the design of the mobile machine. The approach enables the source to lay the subject to further design of the optimal values of the most important quantitative characteristics that determine the realization of the highest values of quality designed manipulation systems. For manipulation systems of hydraulic mobile machine appropriate to use such indicators of quality as its own weight and the capacity of the pumping installation. Pre-design optimization allows to comprehensively determine the optimum combination of a sufficiently large number of basic design parameters – the characteristic dimensions of metal constructions of manipulation systems (lengths, dimensions, cross sections, links, and mounting dimensions for hydraulic drives) and characteristics of the hydraulic equipment (working pressure and flow rate of the working fluid). |

Calculation of indicators and statistical metrics, and strategies, the decision maker may be biased or incorrect character, and one can’t exclude the human factor. In such a perspective, it was decided to automate the process of statistical analysis and probabilistic forecasting to help the decision-maker, as much as the right choice of strategic and project planning. The problem is solved by means of the development of the project management system for the companies of the areas of information technology. One of the most important features of the development of a module statistical and probabilistic analysis based on Bayesian networks. The use of the proposed tool and methodological complex, will provide a high level of optimization of the allocation of time to work processes and will increase the degree of correctness and continuity of decisions taken by the project manager. |

Abstract :The article is devoted to the problem of efficient scaling of raster images. We consider some negative effects, related with scaling of raster images. Besides, we consider an analysis of several methods that are used to increase sizes of ras-ter images. Among them are nearest neighbor algorithm, bilinear interpolation, bicubic interpolation. We consider our research methodology, and then we tell about result of algorithms comparison. We use two criteria: quality of output images and performance of algorithms. Due to this research we can tell some recommendations on the choice of algo-rithms for increment of raster images. It is useful because there is no single universal algorithm for efficient solution to the problem. |

Abstract :The wheel with a pneumatic tire of traditional design has a significant drawback, which is to stop the movement of the vehicle with the loss of excess air pressure. The loss of excess air pressure in the pneumatic tire when driving a car at high speed can lead to a traffic accident with serious consequences. One of the technical solutions aimed at preserving wheel working ability and improving vehicle safety in case of loss of overpressure of air in a pneumatic tire is the use of internal additional supports. However, the loss of excess air pressure even in one pneumatic tire leads to a noticeable deterioration in most of the performance properties, especially when driving on roads with uneven surfaces. Intensive oscillations lead to an increase in the vibration level, reducing the performance of high-speed properties, fuel efficiency, stability and controllability of the wheeled vehicle. A new mathematical model of the springing system has been developed, which is equivalent to a vehicle suspension with high-safety wheels and allows one to substantiate the parameters of the internal additional supports and evaluate their influence on the vibrations and smooth running of the vehicle at the design stage. The model is intended for engineering calculations and differs in that internal additional supports are presented as spring-damping elements of the vehicle springing system. The results of study can be claimed by manufacturers of civil and military vehicles, wheeled armored vehicles and special machines. |

Abstract :The article presents a developed analytical mathematical model for balancing a railway crane on outriggers as a result of subsidence of the soil under one outrigger, which allows to determine the main parameters and patterns of operation of the hoisting machine in conditions of violation of the support contour. According to the results of calculating the movement of the mechanical system “hoisting crane — sleeper stand”, compiled on the basis of the second-order Lagrange equation, the impact effect of the outrigger of the hoisting crane on the soil support base was determined according to the theory of specific impulses of Professor N. Ya. Kharkhuta. This made it possible to establish patterns of interaction between the system «lifting crane — sleeper stand — soil base». In particular, the following dependences were obtained: the speed of the outrigger during the impact and the mass of the lifting machine involved in the process of impact on the amount of subsidence and the angular velocity of the turntable; specific impulse of impact and contact stress on the surface of the soil from the mass and speed of the moving parts. |

Abstract :During the operation of aerial ropeways, the system of carrying and carrying-traction ropes, which provides the possibility of moving passengers or transported goods between the terminal points of the route, experiences a high level of loading from a variety of operational loads and environmental influences. These loads and influences form the tension of the ropeway system variable along the length of the ropeway route, which has a decisive impact on the main technical and economic indicators of mobile ropeways, and thereby determines specific areas of their effective and inappropriate or unacceptable use. This article presents an engineering technique for constructing tension diagrams of carrying-traction ropes in stationary and non-stationary modes of operation of a mobile ropeway. Calculated dependences are given to determine the tension forces of ropes at characteristic points along their length, as well as calculated dependences for determining the resistance forces to the movement of ropes on characteristic sections of the mobile ropeway route. This technique can be used both for calculating the loading of the rope system based on taking into account a large number of factors characterizing operational loads, terrain parameters and transported cargo, and for analyzing the direction and significance of the variation of these factors and the main design parameters of the main technological equipment of mobile transport and reloading rope complexes. The results of the analysis of the influence of the variation of a number of significant quantitative parameters on the change in the tension forces of the carrying-traction ropes are also presented. |

Abstract :The methods of rope control during the operation of lifting structures, elevators, freight and passenger cable cars, funiculars and other machines with cable traction are considered. It is indicated that the main indicator of the technical condition of ropes is the appearance, development and interaction of defects that reduce the strength of ropes, contribute to their destruction and, accordingly, an emergency situation. The analysis of existing methods of rope control is carried out, the designs of flaw detectors are described, with the help of which the technical condition of ropes can be assessed during operation. It is established that one of the promising methods of control of steel ropes is optical based on machine vision and artificial intelligence technologies. |

Abstract :Deformations of the supporting metal structures of machines for various purposes have a significant impact on the performance of the equipment installed on them. Insufficient rigidity of a metal structure can cause jamming and failure of drive elements and working bodies of material handling, construction and road machines, the operation of which is associated with the impact of high static and dynamic loads. Therefore, when designing new structural schemes of load-bearing metal structures, special attention must be paid to the issue of ensuring the necessary rigidity. The presented work contains the results of an experimental assessment of the deformed state of physical models of the metal structures of load trolleys of overhead cranes, made on
the basis of a multipurpose layout drawing using various types of connections of bearing elements. The article reflects information about the methodology of experimental research, describes the features of the physical models of metal structures used in the course of the experiment. The data on the vertical displacements of the control points of metal structures when using various loading schemes are given. An assessment was made of the influence of the type of applied connections of load-bearing elements on the features of the resulting deformed state of the metal structure. A comparative analysis of experimental data and calculated values of vertical displacements of points of metal structures obtained as a result of computer simulation of the formed state using various finite element models is performed. |

Alternative variants analysis of single-span mobile ropeways based on self-propelled chassis |

Abstract :Currently, mobile ropeways are considered as one of the promising types of rapidly deployable transport systems, which are formed with the help of two transport and reloading rope complexes based on autonomous self-propelled multi-purpose chassis combined by a single aerial carrying-traction rope system. The key problem in creating effective mobile ropeways of this type is the choice of their rational design, which allows to obtain the best tactical and technical characteristics and quality indicators as a result of the design. The article presents and analyzes possible alternative variants of single-span mobile ropeways based on mobile transport and reloading rope complexes. Based on the results of the comparative analysis, the most preferred variant was established — a single-span single rope mobile ropeway of the pendulum type with a carrying-traction rope system in the form of a closed carrying-traction rope with two parallel branches. The article considers the typical design of the most preferred variant and describes the principle of its operation, as well as lists the main components and mechanisms of the main technological equipment, which should be part of mobile transport and reloading rope complexes. |
