The technique allows to identify the limiting elements and to determine the significance of effects in the design of the lifting mechanism, to develop measures to reduce the risk of the occurrence of an emergency. |

Abstract :The article studies the actual process of formation of macro deviations of the machined surface of the billet taking into account the design and technological parameters of machine tools. It is shown that the work surfaces of the workpiece parallel to the support surfaces that form the installation or double guiding base have the lowest values of the shape and location errors. The error in the theoretical results given in the article, relative to the experimental values of the shape errors, is 12 … 20%. The technique for designing an automated system for investigating the effect of structural parameters of machine tools on the accuracy of workpiece machining for the purpose of accumulating and processing information for design and technological purposes is presented. |

Abstract :It has been established that the shape of the sagging of an inextensible yarn that is much longer than the length between fixing points is not related to the mechanical characteristics of the yarn material and its extensibility, but is determined by the simplest geometric equation. The solution obtained emphasizes the difference between the calculation of flexible yarns, the length of which exceeds the distance between the fixing points, and the yarns having a equal to the distance or a shorter length (that is, yarns with prestressing). The method of determining the length of a sagging yarn fixed between two points having an arbitrary height difference is specified. Clarified the calculation of the loads acting on the fixing points of the yarn. |

The influence of anchoring of remote supports on the stability of mobile transport and technological machines equipped with boom lift manipulators |

Abstract :The article presents a mathematical model for calculating the characteristics of stability against overturning for mobile transport and technological machines equipped with boom lift manipulators. This model allows us to perform a quantitative assessment of the degree of influence of anchoring of outriggers on the increase of cargo stability of mobile machines during loading and unloading operations. The mathematical model is universal: it allows to estimate efficiency of additional anchoring irrespective of a design of outriggers and placement of anchor devices. On the example of several types of mobile machines shows the effectiveness of outriggers with built-in anchor devices on the basis of piercing working elements. The quantitative analysis of the impact of anchoring on the increase in the weight of the transported cargo and the maximum departure of the handling system and the reducing the width of the support contour of the mobile machine was performed. The analysis of the influence of anchoring on the increase of the maximum allowed angle of inclination of the support surface on which the mobile machine can be operated under the condition of stability against overturning was performed. These positive effects of additional anchoring of outriggers are important in the operations of special mobile machines, in the operations of loading and unloading operations in extreme conditions or during rescue operations in the aftermath of natural and man-made accidents and catastrophes. The formulas for linear two-factor approximation of the main characteristics of cargo stability against overturning of mobile machines depending on the angle of inclination to the horizon of the support countour and the degree of anchoring of outriggers was proposed. The accuracy of the approximation is maximum within 10%. The proposed recommendations for the rational choice of approximation points can significantly improve its accuracy for specific operating conditions of mobile transport and technological machines. |

Investigation of the influence of the number and relative position of the failed drives suspensions on the track on the main technical characteristics of the conveyor belt with suspended belt was carried out. |

Abstract :Processing and storage of a large amount of information is one of the difficult and interesting tasks at the moment. The performance of the system as a whole depends on how well the performance and reliability of the database are implemented. One of the most difficult aspects of this issue is the handling of a database query and its efficient execution. In this paper we consider modern methods and models of query processing in databases. We offer an algorithm to service the request of users, which involves the use of parallel technologies in the exchange of information with the nodes of a distributed database and a dictionary, and also allows to increase the query execution time, which in turn will increase the speed of the system as a whole. We bring the current at the moment the technology of storing large amounts of data: distributed and parallel databases, MapReduce. |

Development of a mathematical model of cross-docking technology in railway warehouses |

Abstract :To date, there is a steady trend of growth in the volume of carriage of packaged goods, the main cause of which is the accelerated development of small and medium-sized businesses. In this connection, there is a need to consider modern transport and storage technologies. The problem is that often there are idle vehicles due to inconsistency of the transport of arrival and departure, as well as their irrational use. The purpose of the whole work is to show the technical and economic feasibility for the railway development of cross-docking technology. This goal is considered in the work as something new for the warehouse system of railway transport, the main task of which many consider only direct overload. The research methods were based on the theory of optimization of economic ties and complete deliveries. The article suggests a mathematical model of cross-docking, which provides the most optimal variant for transshipment of goods to a railway warehouse and their subsequent delivery to end users. Also, based on the proposed mathematical model, a simulation model is built in the Microsoft Excel environment. This study shows that the use of cross-docking technology allows the warehouse system to improve the transformation of cargo traffic. |

Abstract :“Arduino” allows the computer to simulate the electrical load. Devices using “Arduino” receive sensor information and control the actuators. The platform, with software code, is built on a simple board with a modern environment for writing software. This modern device was used in the developed experimental installation at the Department of Electric Power Supply of the Kyrgyz State Technical University named after I. Razzakova, for the study of physical processes in electrical networks. The investigations were carried out on an experimental setup under various conditions: a symmetric regime; asymmetric mode, with a load on two phases; unbalanced mode, with a single phase load (extreme asymmetry mode). Studies show the influence of asymmetry on the growth of electricity losses in electrical networks. |

Optimization of traction power supply system modes by voltage and reactive power to reduce losses |

Abstract :The mathematical model is elaborated and analysis of the system is done on the adaptive voltage control and reactive power compensation of AC traction to minimize active losses. Sharp changes in the load shoulder traction substation, which includes a compensating installation, leads to a decrease in the voltage loss in the system to it, and therefore to an increase in its power, which in turn will cause an additional increase in voltage in the traction network. To this voltage does not exceed the permissible, it is necessary to use longitudinal-transverse compensators with adjustable parameters. The purpose of this article is to justify the selection of an algorithm for adaptive voltage regulation and parameters of the reactive power compensator based on continuous measurement of the external power supply system in the simulation of its operation modes, taking into account the influence of the traction power supply system. In particular, it provides for the possibility of regulating the voltage of the traction transformer under load when included in the traction network of longitudinal-transverse compensators installations, taking into account the longitudinal and transverse asymmetry of the power supply system parameters and its real parameters, as well as the non-linear nature of the current-voltage characteristics of the electric rolling stock. In this paper, we will consider in a first approximation a power supply system with a single traction substation with an adjustable transformer equipped with voltage regulation under load, and an adjustable installation of transverse capacitive compensation of compensating installation. |

Abstract :Of all the existing problems, which have to be solved by rail, the most acute is the problem of the technological deficit of wagons. At present, there is a persistent search for unused reserves at railway stations. The practice of transportation shows that during transportation tare and packaging of goods rail cars used for carrying capacity of the irrational than with the other goods. In a market economy, incentives to reduce logistics costs will become increasingly important. Therefore, it is necessary to make maximum use of all reserves and opportunities to reduce freight costs. One of these reserves is the rational use of load-carrying capacity and the capacity of covered wagons. The paper gives the calculation formulas of the scheme of packing of packaged goods in a covered wagon. |

Justification of placement of technical stations depending on the number of half-routes |

Abstract :Transport and the market are inseparable, interconnected. Their interaction accelerates the development of each of them and thereby the entire economy. In the modern world, timely delivery of goods, the delivery of goods to the cargo owner within the specified period determines the level of development and economic stability of the state. The work and equipping of technical stations, their location in the railway network affects the delivery time of the goods. Often, train locomotives do not fulfill their assigned tasks due to the lack of time for the locomotive crew in order to deliver the train to the nearest technical station, as well as the irrational use of the standard time of the locomotive crew. In connection with the expectation of delivery, the locomotive brigade replacing the locomotive, the idle time of the wagons at the intermediate stations increases. All this makes it difficult to control the movement of trains and reduces the speed of moving cars on the railway transport. The purpose of the study is to develop a method for placing technical stations on a railway test site in the course of an electric traction. To achieve this goal, it will be necessary to solve the following tasks: generalization of the main parameters of the location of technical stations; determination of half-races between technical stations in the operation of one locomotive brigade; search for the required number of change of the locomotive brigade; determination of the distance between technical stations. The methods of research are based on the generalization and analysis of existing results in finding the rational location of technical stations. It is revealed that the first step for the rational placement of technical stations is to determine the traction arm of the locomotive. When determining the length of the traction arm, the ways of using the locomotive for the duration of working time by one locomotive crew are considered. The rational placement of technical stations according to the proposed methodology will ensure the advancement of trains with the least number of parking lots for the replacement of locomotives, locomotive crews and inspection of rolling stock. |
