Abstract | Full Text |
Abstract :This experimental study focused on using interactive video-aided instructional material and its impact on achieving or mastering the learning competencies in Physical Education. The study participants were Grade 10 students at Lucena Dalahican National High School (LDNHS). Based on the 2 Most Essential Learning Competencies in Physical Education, the researcher created an interactive video lesson in Physical Education that covers the topics for the third quarter. In addition, the researcher utilized validated self-made interactive video lessons in Physical Education 10. The instrument used to collect data for this investigation was the researcher-devised pre- and post-test. The prototype of the evaluation tests was created based on the researchers prior inquiries and readings. Based on the findings of the study, the following conclusions were drawn. The pre-test scores of Grade 10 students in Physical Education covering the written and performance tasks are at a low mastery level. The posttest scores of Grade 10 students in Physical Education covering the written and performance tasks are moving toward mastery level. There was a significant difference between the pre-test and post-test scores of the students when they were exposed to the interactivevideo materials connoting the effectiveness of the intervention material used. Moreover, the researcher recommends that since interactive-video materials have been proven effective, the interactive-video material could be used ona division-wide scale. The interactive-video material can be further developed and enhanced to obtain optimum results in the students test scores. |

Author : Lifu Li, Kyeong kang |
Abstract | Full Text |
Abstract :Influenced by the situation of COVID-19, all Chinese students have to follow a self-isolation policy and accept distance education from home. Among telecommunication platforms, the DingTalk platform is the most popular one in China and already has more than 130 million student users. Although DingTalk provides teachers and schools with comprehensive teaching functions, there are numerous negative feedbacks from Chinese students. To analyse related problems and promote distance education successfully, this paper establishes the research model based on the COM-B Behaviour Changing theory and the Hofstede cultural theory, and it analyses specific factors affecting Chinese students’ motivation to promote distance learning on telecommunication platform under the situation of COVID-19. The research results will be beneficial to improve the distance learning system, which can attract more and more young students to accept a high-quality distance education during and after the COVID-19 pandemic. |

The first experimental group undergone the pre-reading activities, KWL strategy and Graphics Information while the other one undergone WH-Questions and Vocabulary. Based on the results of the experiment, there is no significant difference in the mean pretest and posttest of the experimental group 1 using the KWL and graphics information pre-reading activities. However, there is significant difference in the direct recalling questions reading competence. In terms of mean pretest and posttest of the experimental group 2 using WH-questions and vocabulary, there is also no significant difference. Same with experimental group 1, only in direct recalling questions found significant. It is also found out that there is no significant difference between the pretest scores of the two experimental groups of respondents before using the pre-reading activities. In terms of posttest of the two experimental groups, all the four variables have no significant difference although some improvement in the posttest scores is evident, only direct recalling questions were found to have significant difference in the mean posttest scores. Author : Mohd Hisyam Abdul Rahim, Azizul Azra Abdul Razak, Hafizah Abdul Jalil, Azila Abdul Razak |
Abstract | Full Text |
Abstract :Purpose: The distribution of the management of dakwah infrastructure refers to the efforts involved in distributing dakwah infrastructure resources in a systematic and efficient manner by utilizing all the available facilities. However, in the Malaysian context, there seems to be a lack of understanding and clarification regarding the distribution of dakwah infrastructure management specifically from the viewpoint of the Quran. As such, the study aims to focus on the distribution aspects of infrastructure management from the perspective of the Quran and to analyse the activities involved in the process. A library research was conducted by applying the content analysis method with the third form of the tafsir maudhu’i method to achieve the study objectives. The study also utilized the Cohen Kappa analysis to confirm the validity of the analysed data. The findings identified a few important aspects such as the theoretical framework for dakwah infrastructure management distribution according to the Quran which consists of the preparation and the supervision of the dakwah infrastructure. The study findings provided a clear view of the mechanism of the distribution of the dakwah infrastructure management in the context of current dakwah according to the perspective of the Quran |

Legal Certainty of Land Tenure of Customary Rights by Indigenous Peoples Based on the Administration of Customary Land |
Author : Firmansyah Fikri Hayqal, Dhimas Pratama Windyarto, Muhammad Haekal Fikri Hartono |
Abstract | Full Text |
Abstract :The fact that customary land is not included as an object of land registration in Government Regulation No. 24/1997 causes indigenous peoples control over customary land not to be based on rights that can be proven in writing. This causes the rights of indigenous peoples over their customary land to be marginalised. Following up on this, the Government enacted Minister of Agrarian Affairs Regulation No. 9/2016 on Procedures for Determining Communal Rights to Land of Customary Law Communities and Communities in Certain Areas, which was later revoked and replaced by Minister of Agrarian Affairs and Spatial Planning Regulation No. 18/2019 on Procedures for Administration of Customary Land of Customary Law Communities. Initially, indigenous peoples land tenure was based on communal rights, and then it was changed to be based on the administration of customary land rights. Therefore, it is necessary to know the scope and purpose of customary land administration and the difference with land registration to understand how to guarantee the legal certainty of the control rights of indigenous peoples over their customary land. This research is normative juridical type by using a legislative approach and analytical approach. The research results show that customary land is not ordered for registration in Government Regulation No. 24 of 1997 concerning Land Registration. The administration of customary land is to record customary land in the land registry book so that it differs from land registration. Recording customary land in the land registry book can minimise overlapping disputes between indigenous peoples and private parties. |
