Message : Dear Sir or Madam, We faced with some issues on uploading data related to publication identified with ISSN No. :2285-0945. We thought that by removing the existing Volumes and reentering them we can fix the problems, but instead we cannot reregister the Volume appeared in 2009 because this year doesn't exist in the Year combox on Volume creation page. It is possible that recreated "Volume : 4 Issue : 1, November, 2011" become "Volume : 4 Issue : 1, November, 2009"? The issues which have led to the mentioned decision above however remained unsolved. They are as follows: - when we tried to update an existing record related to a paper (eg. the Article url field) the record was doubled, resulting: a record with the new updated data and the original one. Selecting the old record and applying the deletion operation (Delete Article button) instead of deleting the desired record is deleted the preview record (unexplicable). - a record isn't accesible for updating, the site returning: Server Error in '/' Application. Message : Dear Person incharge I am Associate Editor of Bangladesh J Plant Breed Genet. When I am creating volume and issue there was a mistake in serial number of volume. For example volume 23(2) and 24(1) has same serial. During uploading uploading when I select Vol ID paper goes to both Vol & issues. Volume serial 15 is missing when I deleted one extra volume created mistakenly. Another problem is with Paper ID. So for both the problem I could not manage or updated volume number or manuscript number with in the issue for their sequence. Could you please solve the problem? Message : To whom it may concern: Revista Ensayos Pedagógicos, ISSN No. 2215-3330, is a publication from Costa Rica. You website says it is from Afganistan. The country must be changed for Costa Rica. I have requested this correction several times.
