Police said Tuesday the wounds did not appear to be life threatening.On Wednesday, police said he had been shot in the neck.The boy was sitting in the backseat of a car when he and three others in the vehicle encountered four men walking, police said. Investigators don’t know who those men are.One of the men who was walking pulled a gun and fired several rounds into the vehicle, striking the boy, police said.Police described the men only as black and in their late 20s.
