Message : Dear Madam/Sir, I am writing to you regarding persistent technical difficulties I have encountered while attempting to submit the Interdisciplinary British and American Studies Journal (e-ISSN: 3062-1577, www.ibasjournal.com) to your index. I have also been unsuccessful in my attempts to apply for individual membership. For approximately one month, I have been trying to submit our journal. I complete all required sections of the submission form without leaving any fields blank. However, upon attempting to submit, the system returns an error message, preventing successful submission. I have similarly experienced problems when trying to apply for individual membership. I am a member at the Faculty of Human and Social Sciences at Sakarya University (https://kyerli.sakarya.edu.tr) and the editor of the Interdisciplinary British and American Studies Journal. I am very interested in both having my journal indexed in your directory and becoming a member. Could you please provide assistance in overcoming these technical obstacles I am facing?
