Message : Dear DRJI Support Team, I am trying to submit our journal Journal of Anatolian Geography (JAG) to the Directory of Research Journals Indexing (DRJI), but I encountered a technical issue during the process. When attempting to upload the journal cover, I received the following error message: "Server Error in ''/'' Application. Access to the path ''C:\Inetpub\vhosts\yakakald-91974.package\olddrji.lbp.world\wwwroot\JournalCover\XXXX.jpg'' is denied." It appears that there is a permission issue preventing the file from being saved. Could you please assist me in resolving this issue or provide an alternative method to submit our journal cover?
