Subject : Cannot submit journal
Message : Hello, I want to submit our journal but everytime when all gaps are filled and I click on submission the following error message appears: Access to the path ''C:\Inetpub\vhosts\lyakkald-91974.package\olddrji.lbp.world\wwwroot\JournalCover\16525.jpg'' is denied.
