In his plea, filed two days after the top court granted bail to former Delhi Deputy Chief Minister Manish Sisodia in a related probe by CBI and the Enforcement Directorate ED , the Aam Aadmi Party AAP Chief has challenged his arrest and subsequent remand orders, while also pressing for bail. While all the seizures including cash, precious metals and liquor during the entire period of model code of conduct in 2018 stood at Rs 103 crore, the enforcement agencies have made a seizure of Rs 130 crore since October 9 when the Model Code of Conduct came into force.
