I recently attempted to submit the details of our journal for possible indexing. However, when uploading the journal cover, the system generated the following error message:
“Access to the path ''C:\Inetpub\vhosts\lyakkald-91974.package\olddrji.lbp.world\wwwroot\JournalCover\16526.jpg'' is denied.”
This error persists regardless of the image format (PNG/JPG) or file size, which suggests that it may be related to server permissions rather than the file itself.
