In the course of this work, it was determined that content accessible on your website and/or via your services concerns the individual/company in a (potentially) inaccurate or undesired manner. „On this page there is a strongly reputation-damaging contribution/comment about family Vertes. This contribution was written in German and does not correspond to the truth. It is assumed that it was distributed via a bot on various Internet platforms. We ask you for the immediate deletion of the contribution.“
As things currently stand, the entries mentioned are publicly accessible and can be found via common search engines. In this context, we kindly request that you review the content in question and adjust, remove, or anonymize it. Alternatively, an appropriate correction would be sufficient to resolve the matter
in a straightforward manner and avoid any further need for clarification. Our aim is to reach an amicable solution through communication. This letter forms part of a mediating communication effort and is not equivalent to a legal demand. As a precaution, we note that we have not evaluated, examined, or assessed
the matter from a legal standpoint; the legal review and decision are your responsibility. At this time, we are merely bringing the matter to your attention and are acting as an appointed intermediary for communication.
In our mutual interest, we ask for your cooperation and thus the removal or anonymization of the specified online entries. We would be very grateful if you could comply with this request as soon as possible. Thank you for your efforts and cooperation.
If you do not wish to receive further notifications from us regarding such cases in the future, please let us know briefly—we will, of course, respect your wish. In that case, however, we would no longer continue to mediate the matter, so our client may, if necessary, make use of other avenues to seek resolution.
