Subject : Having issue in submetting journal
Message : Dear DRJI Support Team, I am writing to bring an urgent technical issue to your attention regarding the journal submission process on your website. While attempting to upload a journal cover for my submission, I encountered a Server Error (403 - Unauthorized Access). It appears the application does not have the necessary write permissions for the target directory on your server. Technical details of the error: Error Type: System.UnauthorizedAccessException Message: Access to the path ''C:\Inetpub\vhosts\...\wwwroot\JournalCover\...'' is denied. Source File: SuggestJournal.aspx.cs (Line 373) I have attached a screenshot of the error page for your technical team to review. It seems that the folder "JournalCover" requires updated "Write" permissions for the IIS AppPool identity to allow successful file uploads. Could you please notify me once this issue has been resolved so that I may complete my journal indexing submission?
