Message : I attempted to submit my application through the online submission form available in the DRJI system. Although all required fields were completed accurately, an error message appears when I click the Submit button, and the application process cannot be completed. Despite there being no missing or incorrect information in the form, the process is interrupted, particularly after the file upload stage. Therefore, I believe that this issue is not user-related but rather due to a technical problem within the system. I kindly request that the matter be reviewed and that I be informed on how I may proceed to successfully complete my application.
