Message : Dear Editorial Team, I hope this message finds you well. I am writing to inform you that I encountered a technical issue while submitting my manuscript through your journal system. During the submission process, an error message appeared stating: “System.UnauthorizedAccessException – Access to the path is denied” when uploading the journal cover file. It appears that the system is unable to save the uploaded file due to a server permission issue. Kindly assist in checking and resolving this matter on the system side, as the error seems to be related to folder access permissions on the server.
