Message : Dear DRJI Technical Support Team, I am writing to report a technical error I encountered while attempting to submit a journal application through your SuggestJournal.aspx page. Error Details: Page: /SuggestJournal.aspx Action: Uploading Journal Cover image Error Message: "Access to the path ''C:\Inetpub\vhosts\lyakkald-91974.package\olddrji.lbp.world\wwwroot\JournalCover[ID].png'' is denied." Exception Type: System.UnauthorizedAccessException Technical Analysis: The ASP.NET application is attempting to save the uploaded journal cover image to the JournalCover folder, but the application pool identity (IIS_IUSRS or Network Service) does not have write permissions for this directory. Requested Solution: Please grant write/modify permissions to the appropriate application pool identity for the following directory: Path: C:\Inetpub\vhosts\lyakkald-91974.package\olddrji.lbp.world\wwwroot\JournalCover\ Alternatively, you may need to verify that the JournalCover folder exists and has the correct NTFS permissions configured.
