I hope you are doing well.
I am currently trying to submit a journal suggestion through your platform, but when completing the submission form and uploading the journal cover, the system returns a server error that prevents the submission from being completed.
The error message indicates a permissions issue on the server when attempting to save the uploaded file:
System.UnauthorizedAccessException: Access to the path ''C:\Inetpub\vhosts\...\wwwroot\JournalCover\16532.png'' is denied.
According to the stack trace, the issue occurs in the following line of the system code:
fuJournalCover.SaveAs(Server.MapPath("~/JournalCover/" + sid + exten));
This seems to indicate that the application does not have write permissions to the JournalCover directory on the server. As a result, the system cannot save the uploaded cover image. Errors of this type typically occur when the IIS or ASP.NET process identity does not have permission to write to the target folder.

Ceniiac focuses on Applied Social Sciences, welcoming works that present primary research results, describe new methods or tools, datasets, cases, or analyses of existing data. I have attempted the upload using different file formats (PNG, JPG, and PDF), but the error persists. Therefore, it appears to be a server-side permission issue rather than a problem with the file format.
I would greatly appreciate it if you could review the issue or advise on how I may complete the submission successfully.
