Subject : Issue with Journal Submission – Unable to Upload Journal Cover
Message : Hello, I am trying to submit our journal “Information Technology and Security” via the “Suggest your Journal” form on your website. However, I encountered an issue during submission. When I attempt to upload the journal cover file, the system returns a server error and the form cannot be completed. The error message indicates: “Access to the path ...\JournalCover\16535.[file extension] is denied.” It seems that the server does not have permission to save uploaded files in the JournalCover directory. Could you please check this issue on your side or advise if there is an alternative way to complete the submission without uploading the cover? Thank you in advance for your assistance.
