The U.S. Federal Trade Commission (FTC) has already charge OMICS group accused of deceived researchers. The summary judgment granted in Las Vegas, Nevada, without a trial, accepting as uncontroverted a set of allegations made in 2016 by the U.S. Federal Trade Commission in Washington, D.C., in its capacity.
