| Journal Description : | The ,,Manager’’ Journal welcomes theoretical and empirical articles, from all economic fields according to the topic of the respective issue. It is expected that manuscripts will be organized in such a manner that maximize both the substance and clarity of the document. All articles should report original research that has not been published or submitted for publication elsewhere. The topic for ,,Manager'' Journal no. 17 wich will issue in May 2013 is ,,Change and leadership'' and for ,,Manager'' Journal no. 18 wich will issue in December 2013 is ,,Stakeholders and organizational dynamics''. The ,,Manager’’ Journal - new edition - starting with 2005, comes out twice on year and it has as a main concern the emphasis of academic research and organizational practice.The journal’s sections depict both theoretical and practical papers of professors, researchers, students, and business people. Our goal is to define the organization from a multiple point of view: economic, social, cultural, educational, juridical and informational. Taking into account the dynamics of the socio-economic systems, the preoccupation of the editorial board regards all aspects of interest to the organization: public administration; communication, pr. and advertising; economy, finance and accounting; IT; legislation; management; marketing and sales; training and consultancy; personalities. Pursuing a greater quality, we have in our team practitioners holding tangible results in the business world and we are looking to increase the number of articles written by foreign authors. Given the fact that the quality standards for classifying the journal at a higher category impose the publication in an international language, starting with the fifth edition, the ,,Manager’’ Journal comes out in English. Also, the scientific advisory board will include experienced personalities from all areas of interest to the journal, which will bring added value to the articles in particular and to the journal as a whole. The editorial board is made up of experienced professors from the areas of interest and we aim to enlarge the team with academic personalities both from our country as well as from outside. In the near future the editorial board plans to create a network system of collaboration with universities from our country and from all over the world, through which to establish exchanges of journals and subscriptions. Starting with 2007, the ,,Manager’’ Journal has a website where can be found articles, research results, experiences of business people. Each number will represent a qualitative step and will prove that the approach of our editorial board is based on professionalism and high standards imposed |
