The Revista de Estudios Históricos is a specialized publication of the Historical Research Institute of the Michoacán University of San Nicolás de Hidalgo, which assumed the status of a journal in 1987. Throughout its history, Tzintzun has been a space open to the publicity of historical tasks regarding ideological positions and theoretical methodological approaches, aimed at researchers in the area of Social Sciences and Humanities.
Our magazine admits research with a multidisciplinary profile, promoting the historiographical debate of those who collaborate in its sections on articles, reviews, interviews, information from archives, documents and debates.
Tzintzun. Historical Studies Magazine is published every six months. Publications original collaborations sometimes previously in a rigorous double-blind evaluation process in which prestigious national and international academics collaborate.
