| Journal Description : | Turkish Journal of Middle Eastern Studies is currently being issued biannually by Sakarya University Middle East Institute which is one of the biggest institutions in Turkey in the field of the Middle East studies. The Institute comprises of 31 researchers from home and abroad who teach and study Turkish foreign policy, community, and religious associations, and Turkey’s Middle East policies. In addition, we have experts on individual country studies such as Iran, Iraq, Egypt, Levant, and Israel. Materials sent to the journal are being reviewed at least by two academic referees and then enter the process of publication.
Turkish Journal of Middle Eastern Studies is a peer-reviewed journal which is published twice a year. The papers sent to the journal are reviewed by at least two referees (if necessary a third referee will also reviewed the articles) and after their approval, they will be sent to edit before being published. The editorial board may accept or reject submission these include symposium, congress, news, book introductions etc. without evaluation of an expert of the board. |
