| Journal Description : | Positioning and uniqueness in the Business & Management field of study: The mission of RAE-Revista de Administração de Empresas is to foster and disseminate the production of knowledge in Management, by promoting the integration of the Brazilian scientific community into the world scientific communities in the field of Management. Focus: RAE is interested in publishing articles of theoretical development, empirical work and essays in the various fields of Business Management. As a generalist journal in the field, RAE covers a wide spectrum of sub-domains of knowledge, perspectives and issues, seeking to bring innovative and high quality articles to its target audience (teachers, researchers and students), encouraging a plurality of approaches and perspectives.
RAE publishes only original articles (in any language). Articles submitted for evaluation in RAE must be original (in any language) and should not be under assessment by another journal.
Since its launch in 1961, RAE has been relevant in the construction of the different fields of Administration and in the construction of the administrator's profession (Tonelli, 2018 - https://dx.doi.org/10.1590/1679-395173941).
RAE is a model of best practices in scientific certification and publication of articles in journals in the Administration field in Brazil. It has consolidated itself as a reference and its articles represent the best in scientific rigor and relevance. It is a rigor peer-reviewed journal committed to promoting the Administration science and practice of the Administration area in Brazil and abroad.
