It is an annual journal that publishes original and innovative articles accepted in a peer-review process by at least three members of the journal's Scientific Council.
Each RTIC issue is previously announced with the call for articles, with only 4-8 articles accepted per publication. Articles to be submitted must be written in Portuguese or English.
The RTIC is published for free in electronic version (online). The electronic version is open access.
