It comes out every six months (May-November) in digital format (ISSN: 2340-8413 | DOI: 10.17502), created by methaodos.org, a research group attached to the Area of Sociology at Rey Juan Carlos University of Madrid.
methaodos.social science journal accepts for review and possible publication scientific articles, research notes and book reviews specific to the field of sociology, including communication studies, and other fields related to the Social Sciencies. The journal evaluates original content in Spanish, English and Portuguese following the guidelines accepted by the scientific community. Moreover, this publication meets the usual criteria of the scientific publications with the greatest international impact.
Each scientific article, research note and book review is subjected to a rigorous review process by the double-blind evaluation method, according to the Open Journal System protocol and published under the licence system Creative Commons, on the basis of the modality “by-nc”.
Actually the journal has its files in html, pdf and xml-JAST in order to facilitate the update in databases.
