This journal constitutes an interdisciplinary space, open to discuss and propose themes, critical and innovative approaches and unorthodox objects in organizational studies. The idea is that, from a pluralistic perspective of the ontological, epistemological, theoretical and methodological points of view, and not guided by managerialism, be possible to propose, discuss, critique and theorize in order to understand the complex dynamics of society and its interfaces with Organizations. |
