| Journal Description : | The creation of RIGES stems from the scientific commitment of the Department of Geography at Alassane Ouattara University to contribute to the dissemination of scientific knowledge. RIGES is a generalist Geography journal aimed at shedding light on the complexity of ongoing changes resulting from the structural and functional disorganizations of produced spaces. The journal maintains a strong commitment to pooling knowledge from diverse backgrounds, fostering an exchange of ideas to better discuss current or emerging issues in the contemporary world and illuminate crucial stakes. The relationships between societies and the natural environment, agricultural production, improving the living conditions of rural and urban populations, and territorial development have been subjects of analysis in this current issue. RIGES reaffirms its strong commitment to serving teachers, researchers, and students interested in the challenges, issues, and prospects of spatial mutations as an object of research. To this end, RIGES welcomes all contributions on topics related to geographical thought in the globalization and globalization of problems that require the convergence of prospective thinking and solidarity among peoples. |
