| Journal Description : | The role of the humanities and the arts in critically applying the fundamental questions in philosophy and scientific foundations as a means of achieving thoughtful, creative and entrepreneurial thinking in the infrastructures of other sciences and its achievements is also very important in the development process. Therefore, it can be said that achieving indigenous, comprehensive and sustainable development will not be possible except with regard to research and study in the field of humanities and the arts. Improving the quality of research and scientific studies is the path to publishing the results of scholarly and academic research.
At the beginning of the 21st century, humanity witnessed a remarkable transformation. This transformation has been the product of a shift in the concept of communication, information and media. The transformation in information communication and transfer provided educational and research opportunities to a much larger part of the world. The development of education has led to the emergence of new concepts in the media, enabling different people to access scientific resources. The change in technology, along with the rise of students and researchers, has led to the publication of numerous scientific articles in scientific forums, conferences, and research journals.
